I won back in August, they told me that I owe them money from echecks that weren't processed. I dont deal with echecks. They ended up giving me 1651 out of my 3100 winnings and told me to send in documents to collect the rest. I sent in my documents and now they restricted my account and still haven't gotten back to me about the rest they owe me. I won earlier this year and they gave me my winnings. Why am I told I owe them from back in 2022 and why didnt they mention it earlier this year when I won. It obviously wasnt me owing them back in 2022 because I wasn't playing these online slots, let alone, I wouldn't even play that amount they said I owed and I don't deal with echecks and they are not connected with my account.

Well i have been trying to get my winnings of a little 240 dollars,
I have sent my documents 4 times already where they asked me to send ,I get an email that says my documents are accepted, and everytime they say they didn't get them or they say not clear. Always a run around, they must all be bots, and don't ask live chat , only bots also, can't ask a bot a question
And there phone number is a joke, i have the feeling they don't want to pay out and hope you'll give up. Been almost a month this has been going on.
And there still asking me to play.
I would not recommend any of casino rewards affiliates to anyone.

I closed my last account with CR today. It was a love affair that had to end, as I was always on the loser end; CR collected quite a bit of money from me, on average, $3650 per year, but this amount could go higher on occasions. They seem to be an audited casino, that is, they can't just take your money. They have rules to follow. Nevertheless, they are a casino, and the house always wins. I have no complaints against staff, they did the best they could for me, with the resources they had. However, I do NOT recommend any kind of online gambling. It's just like alcoholism. You could be deep into an addiction and not realise it. I started in 2016; a budget advisor told me I was bordering on problem gambiing, then I closed most casino accounts, but left the Captain Cooks, one of many casinos run by C-Rewards. Lately, there have been a few problems with payment. I often win much less than what I spend, then they asked which account to pay into, then they split the payment without my knowing. Last time they said they couldn't pay into my bank account, I offered another one and 72 hours later they hadn't processed it, nor they had contacted me. Imagine if I had won millions! Gambling had become a sick habit for me, as I used it to kill boredom and manage stress. The more stress, the more gambling. CR are supposed to promote safe gambling. but it was my bank that did it, usually blocking my card if I made too many deposits in a row. Even being a potential problem gambler, CR made irresistible offers, that even after having lost $40 in one hour, I couldn't help, but buy more casino chits. Since 2015, I've noticed that gambling sites are increasing the speed of bets, at the same time reducing payout. In 2016 I won 1,000 several times. Last year, the biggest win was a 4,000 prize on CR Treasure Quest, on a $48 bet. This year my highest win was a $800 on Cash Splash, on a $3 bet. I lost the lot by letting my greed run wild. I has been a great experience for me. Now I know that people who are vulnerable to problem gambling get sucked in and could even lose all their assets, as it happened to a woman I know. She was determined to win and lost her own home in the hope of recovering what she had lost. CR did restrict my account once I disclosed potential problem gambling. Apart from puttig me in time out, and close most of my other accounts, it didn't do anything different. It still offered cash bonus and free spins several times in a 24-hour cycle. The gambling experience can send you on a trip to another world, where you can freely deny your crappy life. I loved playing Bonny the Pirate, a woman who only made nonsensical statements, but the idea of being on a ship controlled by a female pirate from the 1600s really seduced me. Fiona Lucksley was another character, very pretty, sexy, more suited to male audiences, I imagined she was a bright daughter from Ireland, then the Lucky Leprechaun and so many others that kept me entertained. I was a gold member, but I didn't think I received any special treatment for that. Looking back, I spent at least $30,000 in these past 9 years, but have nothing to show for it. Meantime, precious metals have gone up 350% and I would've been much better off saving the money and investing in silver. I knew I had to fill the void when it came to stopping gambling, and I did it with a writing hobby. DO NOT SPEND TIME IN CASINOS, IF YOU DO, HAVE A TRUSTED FRIEND WITH YOU ALWAYS. In case you are hooked, they may help rescue you. Instead, you could find something useful to do, that will entertain, inform or just help someone fill their time with useful stuff. Lots of love to all of you.

played on casino rewards casinos for nearly 2 years and was lucky to get a couple of small wins, usually they only let you get upto $200 but nothing more so that most dont bother making a withdrawal and if they do they encourage you to reverse it and by the time you wait 48 hours minimum and if the weekend its twice that time most would have reversed $200 hence why they dont let you get any further than that and it's not even necessary to wait that long but it's how they scam you. plus I had a withdrawal to skrill which is instant but it wasnt which is the only time I have ever experienced that.

I have played on casino rewards, on and off for years... I have never had any "luck" on their casinos. It seems all the games somehow stop doing anything at the same time, if you do end up winning, you will go on a long long losing streak, almost as if it is taking back the money you had previously won.

I won $3500 on this site and they said they couldn't verify me and they didn't pay me. They even blocked me from there live chat so I couldn't message them.
Total scammers!
Update. It was in spam so I was talking to you live support and at the end they said I have to deal with your risk management team. I will send an email and worst case I will just send everything to my lawyer if we can not resolve the issue. If it gets resolved I will change my review

I had 150.00 in my account I don't play often. They sent me a promotion so I logged in only to see all my money is gone. I tried their stupid chat but it's AI kept making me change my password and the conversation would disappear. I want you to deposit the money in my bank

I played for the first time at the quatro casino and won 200 euros. I received the payment two days later . Then I played and won 800 euros, and that's when it started. They didn 't withdraw money for a whole month, and when they received all the documents, they just silently disconnected the account and still didn 't respond to emails . I wrote to egogra. Egogra wrote to them and they don't respond to my letters .

I’ve played at Zodiac Casino for almost 10 years and usually had no issues with withdrawals. My previous withdrwals including my last withdrawal in August arrived within 3 days.
This time, I withdrew $800 at the end of August. September 1st via eCheck it was marked as released, but the money never arrived. The casino gave me a Merchant Transaction ID, but my bank and PayDirect Billing Solutions both confirmed it doesn’t exist.
Support keeps telling me different things (“technical delays,” “partner bank involved” etc.) but I still don’t have proof of payment or a clear answer. It’s been nearly two weeks, and I feel like I’m just being stalled.
I just want transparency and the funds that are rightfully mine.
Update: While I have been in touch with the payments team on several occasions, the situation remains ongoing and no clear resolution or timeframe has been provided.
Update: Update: I received another “withdrawal processed” email today (September15, 2025), but the funds still haven’t arrived in my bank account. I’ve contacted the payments team again via email and requested that the withdrawal be re-issued via Interac instead (which I have asked multiple times in the chat) of eCheck for reliability. Still waiting for a resolution.
Final Update: I finally received my $800 withdrawal today, processed through Ilixium Canada. Relieved it’s resolved, but the lack of clarity about payment processors caused a lot of unnecessary stress. If you’re playing with Casino Rewards, I’d recommend avoiding eCheck withdrawals and requesting a different method instead.

Worst experience with a casino ever. Not true to their terms and conditions. Would not credit bonus after meeting the conditions, it’s favoritism by the support manager who can choose who and if they’ll help. My one account they credited me the bonus no problem when I made two separate deposits and did not receive bonus and the other account they would not and were very rude. Would not answer cautions and giving generic responses like a robot. I’ve spent a lot of money here and get treated like garbage I will not be playing any more becuase the manger on suooort right now and the agents Jason and keagan

I can't get into any online casinos, anyone else have this problem?

I had been playing at this casino for a long time. After winning €1820, I withdrew my winnings and continued depositing and playing without using any promotional offers. Despite that, my VIP points were blocked under the claim that I had abused promotions, which is absolutely not true. I asked them to provide proof of what I had supposedly abused, but instead, they just kept repeating that I should play my favorite games.
Later, I played with small bets, but the system seemed clearly manipulated, as my money would disappear within minutes – as if the casino wanted to take back the money I had previously withdrawn. My VIP points remained blocked, and since I eventually lost patience, I moved to another casino where I’m much more satisfied. And this doesn’t only happen to me – the same thing has happened to other players after withdrawing their winnings. They kept telling me that if I played, I would be able to convert my VIP points into tokens, but to this day it has never happened – and it never will.

About a year ago casino rewards was one of the best best casino available in canada but at the moment the casino seems to be completely run by bots which offer little to no customer service should issue occur. If want to actually make / win stay away from the works of these.
