These guys are bad, bad, bad news. Run, don't walk, away as fast and as far as you can. When I cancelled my order, about an hour after I placed it, they harassed me with 10 plus text message and six phone calls. The texts told me to F---- off and Todd used the F----word several times during the phone calls. They (Todd and his partner) are really bad people.

We bought the casket for $1000. They have disclosed to us that with shipping it will be about $400 extra. Then they tried to run my card for additional $1180 making a total of $2180 and not $1400.
If you do Business with them asked them to provide in writing total bill with all the charges before you pay them a penny. In addition order were supposed to arrive today, but they have not even shipped it. Dishonorable, tricky scam artists in my opinion.
This company is a scam. Beware!!! They take advantage of people in mourning. If you are lucky, you may get a casket, but not the one you ordered. They will also charge you an enormous amount for fake shipping charges. If you file a complaint with your credit card, they will lie to keep your money. STAY AWAY!!
