I used do voluntary work at the CAB as I believe in the service but its hard to believe in them any more I originally stopped voluntary work for them when they were bribed sorry awarded the contract to advice people on claiming universal credit I know a few volunteers quite due to this controversy but I did think that deep down this charity was worth whole but my recent experience with their Plymouth based edf advice line just proves that this organisation is nolonger on the side of normal people the advisors I spoke to were so obviously biased and not independent .the citizens advice bureau should be disbanded due to this corruption by private companies and goverment monies.
