Recipient went to Steward bank Avondale to collect money and was told there was no cash for Cassava Remit. They had to go back the next day despite a promise of guaranteed cash.

Ticket was closed with no resolution. I was promised a return call and no-one called me. It was a very poor service. I still have no idea where the money I sent is.

My receiver had to go twice to get the money as the first time she was told there was no money finished and she had to go again in the morning the next day.Got the money the next day.

It was very easy and efficient to send money and it wasn't difficult for the people in Zimbabwe to collect the money.

Good setup fairly similar to other money transfer platforms. Speedy delivery though the office at the other end attempted to give my recipient odd excuses for not wanting to pay out in the agreed currency. Eventually paid out but the recipient shouldn't have had to have a discussion over monies that had already been transferred.
