It was terrible
It was terrible. Took me 3 days to get my money after it had been sent. They suddenly had a lot of KYC requirements which should have been mentioned before the money was sent.
It was a very complicated process for me.

Hi Munya, sorry to hear your money was delayed. As a registered remittance business we need to obtain Identity documents and sometimes other due dilligence documents. This is a regulation requirement. Once the documents are submitted you are good to go again. All our transactions are in real time if we do not require KYC information.
We have heard your feedback and we will improve the system and processes regarding KYC requests.
