I contacted Cassidy Travel just a week or two ago about organizing a trip to a match in Sivelle. I was put in contact with a lady called Ella. She was most helpful in organizing our trip and had everything set up for us in a matter of days. I certainly will be using Cassidy Travel again thanks to the great work done by Ella.

Louise Brennan was wonderful to deal with. We are travelling to paris with an overnight in versailles to visit the castle. Louise booked all accommodation and our park tickets to Disney. No hassle or stress for us. Delighted with service at Cassidy travel Blanchardtown

Friendly and helpful staff

The service was exceptional. No waiting around. Email responses were accurate and to the point. Especially though you got to speak with a human being who was courteous, knowledgable and really appreciated my business.

The first time I booked my holiday the girl made an error in the email stating it was Lanzarote airport instead of Tenerife ,I followed up later that evening on your customer service number and the matter was sorted. Received excellent information from the representative about the hotel and what it provides.So looking forward to going for the week in November

I've never used Cassidy Travel and I'm so glad I did this time around! WE've just booked our holiday and Rachel couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. She helped us find a family holiday that truly feels like it suited US.

Just back from a week cruise on Enchanted Princess and we had a fantastic time, food entertainment and ports were all amazing. We are so impressed we are going to book another for next year. Ainie in Cassidy Travel organised everything and her recommendations were perfect for us . Highly impressed !

The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable from quotation stage to processing my booking over the phone next day. The emailed quote was very clear & so easy to follow as was the booking confirmation issued without delay once payment was received. Very happy to support a well run Irish family travel business & dealing with staff face to face in the ilac centre. The level of customer service is excellent & I have no hesitation in recommending cassidy travel.
