Avoid – System is broken and Support is ghosting

I signed up for Cast2Social hoping to streamline my workflow, but the platform is completely non-functional. Every time I try to use it, I get "failed to fetch content" errors. Even when I try to search for my own YouTube videos or manually enter a URL, it tells me "too many attempts made, try again"—even on the very first click.

The worst part isn't even the bugs; it's the total lack of communication. I emailed their support team over a week ago to get this fixed and haven't heard a single word back. It feels like the site has been abandoned. If you’re looking for a reliable tool that actually connects to your socials, look elsewhere. This has been a total waste of time.
