How quickly and easy it was to sort out…Very quickly

I was surprised how quickly and easy it was to sort out on line. I'm not the best when it comes to computer operations but i must admit i found it very easy. I was very happy with the agreement that was proposed to me. I would recommend you to just about anyone to be honest. Thank you for such good service. Very much appreciated.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. My mother passed away last year and unfortunately she had a loan with this company. I made contact as soon as mentally possible to let them know of this and sent in the requested information. Then heard nothing, after making contact a few more times and sending my ID more times, months later they would finally discuss the account. I think I've spoken to 1 helpful person in the numerous calls and emails that I have sent. Complaint raised as they decided to send a letter directly to my mother asking if she is okay managing her own finances. What a joke. Clear lack of communication. Complaint raised and not even an acknowledge email in a week? Appalling. Don't seem to have a bereavement team and have added to the stress of someone passing away. Avoid.

Excellent service you won't be…

Excellent service you won't be disappointed. Apply for a loan and with in few seconds I was expected and the months payments are great. If your looking for a loan give this company a go. Best thing I did

Unable to withdraw funds

I needed to withdraw funds from my Castle Community Fund Savings account. There is no way online to withdraw funds, so I completed the withdraw funds web form on 6 April. I received no auto-response saying the request has been logged, so on 7 April I emailed. I received no response to that or subsequent emails (to info@ or complaints@). I therefore tried to call. After two days of trying I got through on 13 April. I was advised I needed to update my nominated account. I immediately actioned this and asked for this to be acknowledged. I got no acknowledgment or notification that this had been received. I therefore called again and spoke to a helpful advisor who looked and told me the email had been received and updated the account and actioned the withdrawal request. I asked for confirmation by email, which she sent confirming the funds would be in my account in two working days. This was on 14 April. It is now 18 April and no funds have been received. This is supposed to be an instant access account but now, 12 days in, I still cannot access my savings. This has created a great deal of anxiety. Castle community bank have not acknowledged my complaint. I note from the MSE Forum I am not alone in this experience, so would caution anyone who is considering opening a savings account with them to search online and read the accounts people have shared.
