Purchased a TV corner unit and…
Purchased a TV corner unit and unfortunately it was delivered with a small chip out of the back. I contacted customer care straight away and within 10/15 mins I was offered what I consider to be a very good discount on the unit. Disappointed about the chip on the unit but couldn't be happier in how Paul from customer service resolved the issue which I was happy with it.

Recieved my order very fast and staff were very proficient and prompt at answering my questions on the Web chat about the level of stock. Ecieved my order the following day which I was surprised how fast it was. Would highly reccomend castle davitt furniture. Very good customer service offered.
