I contacted Castleflexx for details on their return policies due to being such an expensive product. I was having a hard time finding any details about the return policy on the website.
Castleflexx: You have 30 days to return.
Me: Any return fees for return:
Castleflexx: Not if you include the redo insurance.
Me: I have no idea what that is. Could you please answer my questions with a little more substance. This is giving me red flags to be frank.
Castleflexx: I think we are not the right fit for you. Best of luck and feel better!

I see many red flags in this conversation! Not wanting to communicate the policy effectively and clearly is one major red flag. I would completely avoid this company. This probably the worst customer service I have received ever especially when I haven't even purchased it yet. If you Castleflexx stands by their product and believes in it I would think you would be more forthcoming about policies.

Edit: So after I told them I reviewed them on Trustpilot I got a response back from the company. They literally threatened to get me fired from my job. These people are literally insane.
