I recently placed an order with this company for a second hand bike, this cost £70 with £30 3-5 day delivery. As I ordered on a Friday I waited for dispatch details until Monday. None came so on Wednesday I requested an update, to my surprise on Thursday I got an email to say my order had been cancelled and my payment refunded, and no other information. Obviously I replied to enquire as to what was going on, and the response was this. Due to a series of errors with my order they apologized. It was also stated that the managing director who signed the email had been informed of an internal error with my order upon returning to work that morning. I have to question why it took them until the 24th to notice that an order confirmed by them on the 18th hadn't been sorted. In my opinion this is a poorly managed business, which I would have to say to anyone thinking of making a purchase from them. Be sure you only do so if you can manage being let down with little or no notice. Personally I shall be sure to recommend to any of my contacts to avoid them and shop elsewhere.
