Castleford Management Company in Poole
We have used Castleford Management in Poole for many years to manage our small apartment block and have had several different Property Managers allocated to us during this time, the majority of whom have done a first-class job.
Our current Property Manager is Oliver Sommerfelt, who although relatively new to Castleford, quickly built a good rapport, familiarised himself with our block, got up to speed with all our outstanding issues and set about prioritising the required actions.
I look forward to our continuing relationship with Castleford with confidence.

Having worked with Castleford for several years, I have always had a good response when issues have been raised. However recently our new Property Manager David Gill has taken the service to a higher level. He brings a wealth of experience together with a great work ethic that really gets things done.

I have never had any issues in my dealings with Castleford Management. To the contrary, my interactions with David Gill our Property Manager at Mayfair Freehold Limited has been incredibly positive. I am always impressed by his professionalism, exemplified by the speed and efficiency he handles every request, including the rapidity of his response to any communication.

Castleford Management are the managing company of a property next door to ours. We met with them in the summer of 2014 about some overhanging trees, which they and their tree surgeon agreed should be cut back.
They promised to keep us informed of their progress, but after 1 or 2 initial emails, they have refused to answer any further communications, their last contact was 4th.November.
