Do not use this garage
This garage was recommended from another garage in Callander because of being a camper and couldn’t accommodate it. My camper has now been in Castle garage since the 1 st week of November 25, I have been told so many lies that I can’t believe anything anymore. The camper should have been ready the week of the 14 December after the work has been done because some how from the beginning of November to middle of December they couldn’t find time to fit us in or only a few hours there and then. Woman phones me telling me 1 thing then a man phones me telling me another things, obviously no communication between them without mentioning that when they are telling you that they are phoning you back to give you an update or a quote they never do, I always have to phone and push. I now being quoted £3700 for the job but still don’t know when I will get my camper back!!! Do not use that garage by any means I will involve the motor ombudsman and will make sure that all the work they say they have done on the camper will get checked. Do not use this garage they are a joke
