I attended a 2 day event on deal sourcing and rent to rent. Going into it I was expecting the same things all over property trainers give at their events. He blew my expectations through the roof giving the most in depth description and explanation of a topic I have ever seen. I want to thank Shane and the team and highly recommend to at least hear him speak. Mind blowing

I attended the all day online training Property Investment Workshop 9:30am - 4:15pm on 14/01/2023. I rate my experience as excellent as the event was packed with rich "no fluff" content and included very helpful interactive participation. Shane is an excellent communicator: very clear, and able to break things down for people to understand and digest easily. He also speaks from experience and shares examples to illustrate both positive and negative points. I have attended quite a few property training events both in person and online - fortunately for me all of them have been good experiences - and I can definitely say that the Property Investment Workshop ranks right at the top. Shane obviously knows his stuff (knowledge and experience), is a great communicator and is personable and very importantly someone you can trust.

The property investment course was great. I learnt a lot and I'm now ready to put it into action. Thanks

A lot of information based on practical experience, very interactive teaching, extremely interesting, with questions asked and queries answered on the spot. Shane is knowledgeable and trustworthy, you see he knows what he is doing and teaching. Great experience overall.

I attended the workshop yesterday, and found it very useful. Shane definitely knows what he is talking about. The structure covers all themes we need to know to start from zero and with practice becoming a master in property business.
Unfortunately my class didn't have enough people to generate discussions which is always good to see different angles and experience.

Worked with Ryan (castleriver) personally on a couple of projects in the not too distant past. The first was a house which required extensive work both outside and inside to which the process was smooth from the minute I signed the mortgage deed till when I sold it 6/7 months later. Everything was handed over to Ryan and his team to which they carried out a brilliant job of modernising the building to attract a wider scope of buyer where it, subsequently, sold quickly with high interest months later. Most recently I have worked with Ryan on the groundwork and finalising of an exciting project in Liverpool at the old Stanley Dockyard to which, with government backing, a multimillion-pound development project was underway to transform the docks by building luxurious apartments, a new ferry terminal, retail, green zones and a football stadium! This information was presented to me by Ryan as an investment opportunity in terms of a buy to let format. Again, from the moment I agreed and put down the initial deposit I didn’t look back, communication channels were always open, and the progress of the build was always sent to me via videos/facetime calls. I would recommend using Ryan and his services as he has never let me down and his knowledge and expertise in his field are second to none. I know I will be using castleriver for any future property investments!

Great business for landlords! I've been working with Castleriver since around June 2021, when I had became fed up with Estate Agents and Auctions Houses. I'd recommend anyone who is considering Buy-To-Let investment to speak with Shane, Ryan and the team as they are experts at what they do.

My first property purchase with them has gone through now and is tenanted, producing £850 per month, more than what they projected. There was some minor issues going through legals, as always happens in property, but they quickly handled those and kept the process moving.

I found it useful and authentic. The question and answer sessions were helpful.

Recently listened to Shane's webinar and thoroughly enjoyed it. There were real golden nuggets throughout the webinar and it went well beyond the "basics". Shane knows his industry inside out and I am very keen to explore how we might be able to work togetherl

I previously attended a similar "seminar " a few years back with a different company and they were more focused on selling thier own services - i.e., if you want to get in to property investment, then you had buy at the very minimum some form of paid package without which you were not given any basic info which really should have been the purpose of that seminar. On a contrary, webinar with Shane was a much positive experience.

Last but not least - there were negatives and positives of property investment career mentioned by Shane - essentially it wasn't "sugar coated".

I've attended many of his workshops by the Founder & CEO Mr Shane Hindocha. He is expert and very knowledgeable in property. I am looking forward to do a deal with him in the future.
