Melissa was the young lady is was in contact with and she was very polite and helpful. it is a refreshing change to speak to a person in the UK who you can understand and have a chat with as well. After issues last year with Norton not getting my cover right first time, the advisor this year, Guv, did an excellent job. Brought my renewal price down substantially by providing the cover I asked for.

My usual Norton contact David Akhtar has retired this year and I wish him a long and happy retirement. He looked after my vehicle insurance for a number of years. This year my renewal was dealt with by Melissa whom I found to be diligent, knowledgeable and very willing to look at alternative options to get the best deal she could for me. I have always found Norton to be a company that goes the extra mile for its clients and this year was no exception. David Akhtar is a hard act to follow but Melissa did excellently. Thank you.
