Too many AI replies quoting policy with…

Too many AI replies quoting policy with no actual answers or assistance. Once I managed to get an email from a human, Adam and Karo had sorted my problem in 2 emails. 5 stars for the humans, definitely not 5 stars for the AI automated responses.

I had an issue with a missing discount code however Bella sorted this immediately with no quibble and replaced the code which was very much appreciated. Castore gear is best quality sports clothing I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend

I returned an item and after two weeks…

I returned an item and after two weeks it had still not been refunded. I made contact with Castore with Bella and she said she would look into it immediately and the next morning my card had been refunded. So thank you Bella.

Fantastic customer service

I have been using castore for a few years they never disappoint this time though I had to return an item it was completely my fault I ordered the incorrect size I wasn’t familiar with the returns policy but thanks to Bella and Lia they sent me the correct link to sort me out and fortunately it was very straightforward

Karo made the experience easy

Karo made the experience easy, I emailed they answered within the hour with a return label and Instructions how to return the item.
Cant fault the help.
Item arrives fairly quickly, packed well.
But the wrong shirt was sent not once but twice!! So have to send back hopefully will get the right shirt this time.

I bought Ireland shirt before online store and they sent the wrong item. I contacted the customer service but they didn’t reply. After I sent a few messages then I got replied and they said they would give me 25% refund and keep the shirt… they gave me 25% refund and I have never received what I ordered… after that they have never replied.
