My parcel never arrived originally after of 3 weeks trying to get it redelivered by the Evri courier service to my workplace address. They lost or misplaced by parcel and there customer services were shocking!
I contacted Castore directly and they were so happy to help rectify my issue. They kindly sent me a replacement out to me to my home address which has now been received with 2 days. Such helpful and professional staff. Thank you so much.

I was visiting the UK from Canada, and took the opportunity to order Saracens Women's items from the Castore shop (because Saracen's were playing at Twickenhaam Stoop and the shop at StoneX would not be open during my stay). There was a foul up with postal codes and the items got lost. The support staff have been excellent since the items were lost and have been cordial, quick to reply, and problem solvers. Responses were timely, and I was offered great flexibility and choice in how I wanted to resolve the matter. So to start i orderd a item and the postcode was entered wrong on my behalf I tried to sort this with the courier but was everi so knew this would probably result in the order not reaching me. Sure enough everi did this. Contacted customer support and Lia did everything she could to try abd resolve this and get the parcel back on track. Although this didnt happen she was in constant contact and kept me up to date and was very prompt at replying to queries from myself and instantly replied and issued a refund for this order. It gives good reassurance to know that although I didnt get the order there was options offered such as refund credit note or resend of the item ordered. Luckily as I had a feeling that this order had been lost by everi I decided to re order myself and that one arrived promptly. Once again thank you Lia for your prompt and helpful customer service
