Well, I would just like to say a few words about my dealings, through ordering, purchasing (just about whatever you would like) from Rangers First Team shirts, shorts, training gear; right down to 4th Outfit. Plus Hoodie,s, Coats, scarfs, you name it as they have it. Plus a special mention has to go to "MIA"; who got me well sorted out with my 3rd team Top/Shirt I had ordered (which had to be sent back, why!!! A didn't have to ask), as was on to me by Email & another one has already been shipped out for ne. Now where would/could you get any better services than that. So a Big THANK YOU to "MIA" & all staff etc who work for/at The Rangers Shop. Excellent service 👏 👍

Had not considered Castore, let alone bought anything, until recently. I purchased shorts a couple of weeks ago, and I loved the whole purchasing experience.
This week I received an offer and the link did not work. They resolved it quickly and I made another purchase. I love their products, their handling and customer service.

Ordered a Lando Norris championship hoodie for my son in the same JXL size his other McLaren hoodie is in. Had to wait a couple of months for the hoodie to arrive only to discover it's a completely different size to his other hoodie (much much smaller) and doesn't fit him. I attempted to return using the returns portal but the order number wasn't recognised. I had to email directly to get a response stating I was outside of the returns window.
To sum up, inconsistent sizing makes ordering very tricky, returns portal doesn't work and no option to get even a store credit if you leave it a bit too long.
Also they sent me a trustpilot link to do this review only after I'd given the customer service advisor a 5 star review as they were great plus obviously not responsible for the daft returns policy or poor garment sizing. Presumably they don't send you the trust pilot link if you do 1 star reviews. Scammy.

I needed to use the customer services because I hadn’t received my parcel and the delivery service provider, Evri, were blaming Castore. It seemed to be each party blaming the other. When I raised the issue with Castore there was no hesitation in them resending my order without any cost to me. The service was prompt and professional.

Today I bought something from the Castore. I have a little issue of placing my order. the customer service agent Lia ( My favourite customer service agent of the Cast store) help me to solve my problem so quickly.
Lia is very professional and she has excellent customer service skills. She has the ability to understand problems quickly and solve them really fast.
