TERRIBLE.

They sent me a damaged purse, and after 6 weeks have not replaced it nor sent the jewelry I ordered for an event after several attempts at communication. My worst experience with an online retailer, ever. Wildly unprofessional and appears unethical or illegal if unfulfilling orders. I will contact the better business bureau if I don’t hear back in 5 days.

Slow communication

I ordered a couch and two coordinating chairs a month ago. I emailed a few weeks ago to ask about order status and estimated shipping date. I was told that my email was being escalated, but I never heard back. I emailed again yesterday and I am waiting to hear. I will update as I hear more and when I receive my order.

Update: 5/7 my emails to support are bouncing.

Let down,annoyed,UK pensioner.

I ordered some "high waist button multi pocket straight leg casual pants" on 12th of Feb price 36.97usd. I have heard nothing from them,and can't find how to contact them. Not a company I will be dealing with again.

Purchased a $400 pair of shoes on…

Purchased a $400 pair of shoes on 3/8/25 for a birthday gift and never received them. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. They confirmed the order was cancelled and I would receive the refund within the week. As of 4/22/25, I still have not received the refund nor have they responded to my emails in the last several weeks. I would highly suggest not ordering from this company.
Edited: 5/1/2025. My last three emails to the company requesting an update on the status of my refund have gone unanswered.
5/18/2025 I still have not received a refund or product or a response from Casual Chic Boutique about the refund of $399 they said they were refunding over a month ago. Hey Casual Chic… theft isn’t okay!

Very degrading experience o have…

Very degrading experience i have ordered shoes and spent over a thousand dollars on my shoes ordered April 4th and it’s now April 21st I was needing my shoes by the 25th for my birthday and to surprise my husband with his they emailed me back saying my package would be mailed out in few days but still haven’t heard anything lately or no package when it was only supposed to take 5-7 days so if I can’t get my shoes by timing manner I asked I’m going to be reaching out for a refund

I placed an order on March19,2025

I placed an order on March 19,2025.2pairs of shoes. Order still says confirmed no movement-no update.
I was expecting this by March 27,2025. ATP I feel like I am out $100. I will be leaving the ship-to-address very soon.and do not have my order.and no one responds
Update 4.21.2025 :
So at this point on this 21st day of April I have YET to receive this supposed refund. According to the LIE of a response you posted here to save face a refund was sent during the first week of April. Nothing has been refunded and the shoes not received either. It’s been a month now I paid for your product and have not received anything back. I can’t believe the rudeness and audacity to demand I update my review and you have done Nothing to resolve the issue but print a lie on the internet. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ y’all should have Fraud charges levied . Thanks for ruining my view of e-commerce. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! People respect truth and communication-if there is a supply issue let your customers know oftentimes they will be patient. But to not communicate and to Lie is reprehensible. Where is my money? Or my shoes?

Zero stars

If I could rate zero stars I would. Took over a month for my order status to change from “processing” to “shipped” and another 2 weeks to receive after that. Terrible customer service, no answers ever. Once I received the item I no longer needed it and has been a nightmare trying to return it. Still trying.. 3 emails with no response on how to do this. Their website says they only accept returns requested up to 7 days from delivery. How convenient that you haven’t answered for 5.

Totally unacceptable,

I have not had a single update on my order. When I inquired I was told that it was showing as “unfulfilled” and someone would get back to me. It’s now been over a week and still nothing. When I follow the link to check the status, it just goes to the website’s home page and I see no place to determine what’s going on.

I absolutely will update my review per your request but it’s just more bad news. I reached out on Instagram, FB Messenger, and email multiple times and beyond the auto-generated canned response, NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I finally contacted the BBB which I am guessing prompted movement on my order. Taking an entire month to get any kind of response is ridiculous and I missed the birthday AND the trip for which the luggage was a gift. In short, your company is a disgrace.

Received today. It is NOT what I ordered. The set I ordered showed sharks for a boy. The set I received has hearts all over it for a girl.

What an utter nightmare.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I never received a request from your company for any photos that you mentioned in your response to this review. The last message I received was from a “Madison” saying someone would reach out to me to walk me through the return process but as of 11:50pm tonight (Feb 19th) I not heard from anyone. I did however respond to that message again and attached screen shots of what I ordered and what I received and asked a second time for return instructions. I don’t understand why you respond here but not to the emails, FB messenger and Instagram messages?

Could you please provide a phone number where I can speak to someone?

Hi Hootie! Thank you for your feedback. I looked into your order and there seems to have been some delay between when we processed it and the vendor accepted it for shipping. I will look into why that happened so we can prevent any future delays. Our team unfortunately was providing the only information we had when you inquired. I can tell you now though that your order shipped on Feb 13 and you should receive your order on Feb 20. We hope the kids adventure luggage set is everything you hoped for and look forward to serving you again soon! We also would appreciate it if you could update this review based on this new information resolving your concerns.

UPDATE: As we mentioned before, this item ships directly from the manufacturer/vendor, so we don't have any control or involvement in that part of the process. We will definitely reach out to get this rectified for you as soon you send the picture we requested showing what you received. Also, we always do what is right - we have been going through some growing pains as order volume is way up recently, but we always respond to messages and take care of our customers. Also, we have never engaged with the BBB and would never allow any external party to influence our decisions regarding doing what is right for our customers. We look forward to making this right and hope you will continue to trust us for your fashion shopping needs in the future.
