Excellent customer service

Placed an 2 orders over a week ago. They charged the card and do not provide any status. No elies to the support email and their phone number listed on the website just rings busy then hangs up. I suspect this is a fraudulent website or they have gone out of business.

I placed an order with this boutique a month ago for 2 items. The money was withdrawn from my account immediately, but I only received one of the items. I've sent 6 messages and emails to customer service and have received NO response from anyone. I've requested a stop payment investigation. If you want good customer service and quick shipments, do NOT order from this company.

I think you are a scam. The phone # on the website doesn't work. I emailed. No response. Product not as advertised

Casual chic boutique has really awesome clothes that have made my fall wardrobe! I got a ton of stuff for them that is perfect for fall as a college student and I love everything. There is a lot of stuff to look through, but there are so many good things!

Everything with them has gone great until I needed to return a pair of leggings. I do the instant credit, pay the difference, and pay for the return shipping. A few days later, they charge me the price of the leggings! Now I have someone from the boutique trying to tell me that this is the return shipping cost and that is ridiculous! Their support took forever to even send me a return label! I am getting ready to report to the BBB now! I am deleting their app, and not purchasing from them again! I could pay my own shipping on a pair of leggings and it not cost me $30!!! After looking at my account, I think it is charging me the cost of the instant exchange credit, but they literally just sent me the return label this morning! So I have not even had time to send the original pair back! Someone emailed me and told me it was a return system error and that I would get a refund. I never got the refund. I contacted Paypal and they gave me the money back.

Didn’t realize their items shipped from oversees, buyer beware when purchasing it takes over 2 weeks to receive the items! Will not order again

I placed an order at Casual Chic boutique 2 weeks ago and have not received any updated shipping information or follow-up communication.

One star is too generous. I also have been waiting to hear back from Casual Chic about a return. I’ve sent two messages and called their phone number twice, only to be told that no calls are being taken. Their return policy calls for item to be returned in 7 days but clearly that can’t happen. Any advice for me?

I placed an order for a dress on June 12, 2024. It is now September 6, 2024. I am still waiting for this dress! This has exceeded Casual Chic Boutique's 5 to 10 day shipping timeframe and is unacceptable even if the item's origination is from overseas. I emailed customer support on August 18, 2024 and requested my order be cancelled and fully refunded. I have not received a response back. I should have read the reviews for this business prior to ordering. I will NEVER order from this business ever again.

Quick shipping, good product.
However, shoving a 2XL insulated jacket into a flat rate envelope is ridiculous.
You are also taking chance that USPS wont deliver it like that.

Still waiting to receive my purchase!!! Hard to review an item when the item has yet to arrive.
