As part of a certification skill program for over 100 individuals being made redundant, we had Catalyst create a bespoke training program for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. The program took place over a 12 week period. They were very flexible with starting times and the content they delivered was excellent. All of the trainers were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality training program.

Had a Six Sigma Green Belt training for four days. The materials were very good, which included well organised on-line library of materials, including videos. Also very competent setup phase for the traning that made sure from day 1 all was working. The actual training was very visual, hands-on, and full of practical examples. The take away book very useful tool so very keen on implementing it!

If you are looking into simmilar training, do use Catalysr if you want to actually learn Six Sigma from the best!

I attended the Green Belt training course in December and think that is was a very well thought out course, focusing on practical application and not simply a book learning exercise. The trainer was excellent, throwing in a lot of practical examples to back up the theory, and taking the time needed to ensure that everyone in the class of eight understood all the key points.

Lean Six Sigma -Yellow Belt Training, Excellent course content and extremely well delivered through the use of teaching, group discussions as well as practical and enjoyable exercises. Highly recommended.

Catalyst Consulting was chosen to conduct our Lean Six Sigma Training from 3-4 other companies. I like their entire approach on understanding what we wanted to achieve from the course and how they can do this by also relating the content to our businesses. The follow through included several conversations to understand the content and logistics for the day (we were training 2 large groups). The pre-reading material arrived prior to the course with plenty of time for members to review the book. The course was delivered by Mark Jones who was fantastic as a trainer in engaging the group and delivering the content. The exercises were great and overall there were many "penny drop" moments throughout the course on what we should be doing as a business.

My Week spent with Jo was hugely educational and ive seen and learnt excellent use for the tools provided. The course venue was amazing ive never been so well catered for at a training venue. The after market support from catalyst is second to none. I hope to be passing my test and BQF very soon.

Upto now the videos and documents that has been given were good and sufficient but on the other hand I have ask 2 questions from system 5 days ago but I haven't receive any answer neither from system nor via e-mail.
My mentor shows no interest in where I am or what I'm doing.
Additionally, when I follow the videos by the slide documents that has been given by Catalyst, I have noticed that I have extra slides which has not been mentioned in the videos.
