Had a cataract removed in my right eye…

Had a cataract removed in my right eye . Pre operation I was concerned that my left eye has somewhat limited sight and therefor was concerned having a procedure on my right eye. The options and risks of the operation was discussed at length and having weighed up the benefits decided to go ahead with the operation. The day surgery went smoothly and the result after a couple of days was much better than I had expected. Almost straight after the surgery my sight had improved with much clearer sight with more appreciation of colour. The improvement continued with not only my ability to see long distances but also my close sight improved immensely which had not been expected. All good after two weeks and I hope that there will not be any deterioration going forward. Would recommend mr Paul Ursell.

Mr Paul Ursell explained my cataract procedure very thoroughly before and during the operation. It was painless and only took a short time to complete. The patient care was exemplary and I have made a swift recovery. I couldn’t recommend Mr Ursell more highly.

Cataract Surgery in the capable hands of Paul Ursell

One can only feel a certain apprehension meeting the surgeon that is to operate on one’s eye. Dr. Paul Ursell squashed many of my concerns for not having Cataract Surgery. He offered comfort with examples of his long/distinguished career and new technology that he applies to the surgery.
Both before and after the Surgery Dr. Ursell and staff at The Parkside Hospital gave me the information and attention I needed. It was a great success and I highly recommend Dr. Ursell.

I was extremely happy with the Cataract surgery recently carried out on both eyes by Paul Ursell.

From the first consultation through to both operations I felt comfortable and positive and Paul has a thoroughly professional approach. I am delighted with the results.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
