Still trying to recieve my equipment…

Still trying to recieve my equipment ordered. Purchased in full 29th October 22. Items have been in stocks the whole time. Was nearly shipped once but cancelled and now two weeks later still wait on another tracking order to recieve my purchased items. Team has sent email of action but this may not be occurring

Worst customer service

We purchased the gym pack and when we got home realised some bolts and plates were missing. We called them and after going back and forth confirming exactly what was missing we were told they would be delivering it to us urgently. The phone lines were conveniently down for 1 week, but somebody could still have called us knowing we are waiting for the missing parts and I also have received no response to any of the emails I have sent. I finally got through to the online chat person who said they would contact me the following day but they also did not. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and we cannot use the gym. We do not live near the shop otherwise we would’ve driven there ourselves so they cannot ignore us. Very unhappy with the customer service - no callback or follow up and we have a product we cannot use.

Great Products and Amazing Service

I ordered enough products to make an in home gym and the products are excellent quality and durable. Great pricing as well. The service was amazing! Natalie checked in to ensure I was okay to set up the equipment and was super helpful! Definitely going back to purchase more!

Long lasting quality for a great price, amazing customer service

I’ve had my home gym set up for about 18 months now and most of the equipment e.g the power rack, Olympic barbell and weight plates come from Catch Fitness. All equipment is as functioning as it was on day one but compared to other stores, the price is much more attractive. Also, recently I purchased a hyperextension bench during the 40% off sale. I chose the cheaper of the two options and was swiftly informed by the customer service team that the item would arrive in May (currently January 2023). The caring team said they didn’t want me waiting 5 months and since there was a 40% sale the more expensive hyper extension bench was brought down to 150-$200 more than the amount I payed for the first bench. They charged me no extra for the more expensive option and allowed me to pick-up the package just like normal. A great experience shopping with Catch and a truly caring customer service team.
