Worst fitness company & even worse customer service

The worst customer service & company i have ever dealt with. I mistakenly bought a machine from these guys 18 months ago. This machine had so many design flaws , all of which i took videos of & sent to the company. They also didn’t send the right amount of weight for this machine , which even if they did will need a new rod & new cabling (which they have no clue about) I have been dealing with these guys (when the can be bothered) only through email as no one wants to talk to you in person. They have been giving me the run around for 18 months now & no resolution seems to be on the cards. Ive waited all this time hoping they would rectify their wrongs but nope! This particular machine i bought was taken off their product list as soon as they realised the major flaws with it but don't want to help customers who bought this below average machine. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years & these guys are the worst!!! STAY CLEAR!

Disgraceful customer service

Made several false representations and promises around timing expectations and were near impossible to contact for updated shipping information. The phone number doesn’t work, the chat function goes somewhere offshore to a person who can’t help you and emails usually take 5 days to be replied to by someone who makes another false promise. My expected 3 week wait turned into 4 months and countless attempts to get a realistic update. In the end my equipment arrived without any warning while I was away from home. The commercial rack was badly chipped and bent in places but I dare not attempt to send back for an exchange or refund or I’m sure I’ll never see it again.

Amazing showroom

Amazing showroom! Went to visit just as I was passing by the area, I didn't realise their equipment was so diverse. Lots of two in one machines, lots of range.

Communication and Time frames on…

Communication and Time frames on products not true to advertisement online, has been over 5 months trying to organise a refund on items that took 3 months post their intended arrival date, having to purchase from another supplier. Refund still not resolved, feeling like the company is sending me through the ringer and delaying refund unnecessarily.

Appalling service

I placed my order in December and didn't receive it until March. Whilst I understand that the barbell got lost in the post, which wasn't the fault of Catch, it took a month before it was dispatched initially - and it was an "in stock" item. And then it took another month for the replacement to be dispatched once the loss was recognised. 4 months to receive an in stock item is not acceptable. Communication was appalling. Many emails didn't get responded to and those that did were not within a reasonable time. I won't be purchasing from Catch again.

Purchases on time and good to deal with.

Our purchases came through on time and Catch Fitness were good to deal with.
We had a reasonably large order with a lot of bits & and it all arrived at the same time, not in dribs and drabs.
Will use them again.

I paid $4200 for equiptment that is…

I paid $4200 for equiptment that is scratched, missing bits, damaged cables, missing weights missing spacers and covers in december last year and you still have not rectified it. I want you to supply the parts or come get your poor quality crap.

Annoyed Customer

I bought my curved rubber from you guys and it came without the screen. I have called and emailed many times, to get a reply with we will find out what we can do and to never hear back. Definitely a very disappointing experience.

Couldn't be any more happier!

Couldn't be any more happier! Great service, very friendly and helpful. Also the product were amazing. We will be buying again from the team at Catch Fitness in the future. Also thanks to George for helping us load our equipment into the back of our ute. 5 stars!!!

Bought 3 items through catch fitness…

Bought 3 items through catch fitness and had issues every time, I waited months which I can understand but to then have missing items which took more months to get. The last purchase I received in oct21 and am still waiting for the missing part after numerous phone calls( when I finally got an answer) and many many emails
