First experience of using Catered Ski Chalets and they’ve been excellent. We had a bit of a blip when our booked chalet was cancelled by the chalet operator but Georgia gave us a load of alternative options which has resulted in us finding an even better chalet. Great communication and will certainly use again.

Fantastic experience yet again Charlie couldn't have been more accommodating and patient as we changed out mind over and over again . Third year in a row dealing with Catered Chalets and Charlie and will definitely use them again.

Catered Chalets noted that I had booked with them before which was a nice touch and asked about my previous holiday which I appreciated. The recommendation for last year in St Anton was a fantastic success for the whole family for Christmas so I was confident booking with Catered Chalets this year. Flora responded with initial ideas rapidly because Claire who had done our bookign last time was not available. Claire was quick to respond to requests for information and come up with suggestions. We are going for something slightly different this time with a different family dynamic but looking forward to trying this suggestion out. I would throughly recommend this service

I was contacted by Claire Gardner after applying for a chalet which was unfortunately already booked. Claire rang me to discuss what I wanted and within half an hour came back with various options, one of which was the perfect solution. The next day, chalet booked, deposit paid, smooth as silk
