I’ve booked a family ski holiday with catered ski chalets. Georgia was very helpful in identifying options that matched our criteria, putting on hold one that looked favourite whilst I took soundings from the group.

It was difficult getting consensus as the group includes our three adult children and two partners, all of whom work long hours.

We eventually got everyone in line and look forward to a great holiday next year with our children and their partners.

Georgia dealt with our holiday, she was absolutely fantastic. She was in regular contact, providing us with updates and was easy to contact also.
She found us a really good deal and when it appeared someone else had reserved the chalet we wanted she kept an eye on it until it came off hold and was able to secure it for us, keeping us updated every step of the way. Very professional and friendly, I would 100% recommend your services, made planning a large group holiday a breeze! Also the online portal is fantastic, easy to use and full of information.

Planned many group ski holidays over the last few years but have to say this one was the easiest by far and all down to how helpful and knowledgeable Flora has been over the last few days. Nothing has been too much trouble and she’s stayed in contact throughout, making amends to searches and responding incredibly quickly. Made what’s normally a headache of a task pain free. This is my first time planning to go skiing and Naomi made it really easy to plan, I loved all the options she recommended, she knew exactly what we was looking for. Naomi was able to answer our calls and questions anytime and I’d highly recommend. So excited to go skiing for my first time and I’m sure I’ll be wanting to go again so I’ll 100% be coming back to Naomi to help me again.

Really impressed with the company. Thomas is an asset to the business. The biggest thing that stood out is he listened to what we wanted. Georgia at Catered ski chalets was a brilliant help when we booked our chalet. We were late booking and availability was limited but Georgia did her best to find us a good deal and listened to what we wanted. She was very helpful responding to all our questions. Thoroughly recommend.

We booked our ski trip recently with Rhian who was very helpful. After looking at a few suggested options we settled on Chalet Mazot in Zermatt as Rhian felt it would be a great match for us. And she was right. We had an absolutely amazing holiday - the location and standard of the chalet, the resort itself and the quality of the pistes were fantastic. Prior to the trip the communication with Rhian and Andrea regarding dietary requirements and itinerary was very good and I would definitely book again through Catered Ski Chalets.
