only half the delivery arrived- the half that i only ordered to make the £10 delivery worthwhile. no communication to explain why. Refund given but only after i chased it. very poor communication will never use again and would advise against anyone else doing the same
Ordered 23/3 and expected a delay but it arrived on 30/3 and half items missing! As we didn't sign for deliveries I have no way of knowing whether they were missed/out of stock. I have submited 2 online enquiries and 2 emails asking whether I will be refunded or whether remaining items are on the way but no response. It was a substanticla order and I can't afford to be ripped off for half of the value! Please respond to emails catering2you!

Can't give no stars but would if possible.
Ordered on the site and paid. As with others understood that with the current situation next day delivery wouldn't happen. Emailed support yesterday (7 days later) and got an automated response with no useful information. Today I get notification from PayPal that they've refunded my money. No contact from them at all and nothing to say I wasn't getting the products orders.
Absolutely useless even with the Covid situation.

See the response. Demonstrative of my complaint as the reply doesn't even attempt to deal with my issue. I accept the current difficulties but the total lack of any level of communication shows little or no concern for customers or customer service.

Ordered on 24th March and understandably with Covid 19 I expected a delay of up to 7 days as stated on their website, emailed to check on the order and was told by Josh on 31st march that my order was with Fedex for delivery on that day, nothing arrived so I have emailed twice since asking for the tracking number for Fedex but now they don't even reply! I understand this is a difficult time but it doesn't take more than a few seconds to respond and update, happy to take your money but not bothered about customer service, should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. If they do finally answer my emails or my order turns up I will update this review. UPDATE - Monday 6th April, my order has now arrived and to be fair Josh did get back to me and did contact Fedex as they didn't have the correct address and he did keep me updated so I have revised the title and rating for Catering2You and will probably use them again.

Placed an order for 3 items. The 2 smaller, cheaper items arrived but not the larger one. Given the Covid-19 situation I was prepared to wait until it was back in stock and specifically did not want a refund. Despite saying this to them I was refunded the larger item meaning I paid the full postage on just the 2 smaller items which essentially doubled their price. Extremely annoyed.
Update: After posting this and complaining by email, the company refunded me the postage so all’s well that ends well. Stars upgraded from 1 to 4 for their prompt response.

Said delay in order, which was fine, once dispatched order refunded for something that wasn't in stock, yet paid full postage.

EDIT: They lied about delivery! I went on their website and it says they are still processing. They of course refused to give me a tracking number.

There is no contact number on the site. You cannot track the order and no one ever responds back. However, refund was provided
