Cat shoes ain't what they use to be

I have been good customer of cat shoes for several years. Their shoes were good quality. Not any more.
Something happened to their quality and sizing info. I ordered 2 pairs of their intruder model size 13. Shoes arrived and even though they were labeled size 13 they were a size 12. Cat refused to refund me. So sorry Cat ain't what they use to be.

We would just like to clarify that we are the official distributor of CAT Footwear in Italy, while it seems that your order was placed in the USA.

For this reason, we unfortunately don’t have access to US orders or the possibility to investigate your case directly.
