We hadn’t realised you provided replacement keys and thought we might never have been able to see the contents again, of the box again. Your guidance and information provided by yourselves on your website was easy to follow. I ordered the replacement keys and they were despatched - We liked the fact you updated us on the progress of our delivery. Then, as promised the keys arrived in the post. Fantastic service!!!

I bought 5 boxes but not one of the keys fit the locks. Therefore you cannot use the top handle to carry. Not very satisfied.
