We wanted flights to and from Berlin but we struggle with technology. We told Catherine the dates and times we needed, and she patiently explained the flights available, gave us enough time to consider, and booked everything with the airline, including assistance at London City and Berlin Brandenburg as we aren't as mobile as we were.
She helped us with checking in online, even printing out and delivering boarding passes! At all times fully answered our many queries. Her hard work transformed what could have been a most stressful experience into a smooth journey both ways.
We would definitely use Brilliant Travel again.

Brilliant Travel certainly lives up to its name. Catherine provided an excellent service. Several aspects were used, air travel, transfers, hotels, train and ferry, plus car hire. All ran extremely smoothly, and all organised in the comfort of your own home. Will definitely use again.

We have used Catherine many times to book our holidays. I used to find it stressful and time consuming trying to find the right flights and right place with the best deal, so now we go to Catherine every time we want to go away, as she takes all the stress away and does everything for you. Whether it is a short break in the UK or a week abroad. All we have to do is pack and turn up!

She recently booked a dream holiday of Disney at Christmas. We knew we wanted Disneyland Paris and the Marvel hotel at Christmas and left the rest to her. My mum came with us who is disabled so needed an accessible room and that was no trouble. Catherine went through loads of options to find the right price and plans that would work best for us then once we agreed that, she sorted the flights (including reserving seats so we were all together), the special assistance at both airports, the hotel, the park tickets and the transfers and it all went smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy every moment there instead of worrying about anything and it really was magical.

Our holiday to Punta Cana, was organised by Catherine for September 2024.
The resort was fantastic, and the transfers etc went like clockwork.

There was unfortunately work taking place on a couple of key aspects of the resort which impacted our stay.
Catherine took care of everything, and arranged a substantial refund for us.

Our holiday to Canada on the Rocky Mountaineer and cruise along the inner passage of Alaska. Catherine took the time to find out what we wanted from our holiday and matched it to our requirements.
she instilled in us a confidence and enthusiasm from her many years in the travel industry. She met with us on several occasions and even came to our house when we had an issue that needed resolving close to our departure. She gave us lots of advice on completing all our entry paper work for Canada and Alaska and made helpful suggestions regarding currency and what cards to use. Her knowledge of the country impressed us and she advised us on what excursions were best and helped us to book and arrange them.
A great personal service. Taking the time to even contact us while we were away to make sure we were having the best time and again contacting us on our return home. We thoroughly recommend her services and we will not hesitate to use her again for our next great adventure.

Catherine made everything so easy for us. She was there for us immediately on the phone and willing to help when there was a last minute travel strike. She found us a great hotel, just what we were looking for.

I had a requirement for a flight to Malaysia on a particular date, followed by a short stay in Thailand at a reasonable resort, with airport transfers and contact with a reliable excursion company. Based on that Catherine arranged everything for me. Saved me a lot of hassle for the sake of a short phone conversation with her.

We gave brief details of what we wanted, but Catherine gave us all the options available. She was patient when we couldn't decide which time we wanted to leave on the train.
Travelling by Eurostar and the French train through France was very enjoyable and we will definitely consider travelling this way again. Very smooth and comfortable.

We went to Finland with Brilliant Travel over the half term holiday and had a really memorable time. The view from the log cabin over the frozen lake at sunrise was stunning. Took two teenage kids, who never once complained about the cold and enjoyed the excitable huskies and the night ride through the forest on the snow-mobile. No complaints, just memories.
