I booked a surprise trip to Disney for the family without the wife knowing which was a worry. I dealt with Rachel and explained my situation and with her help we planned the most amazing trip. We had 2 weeks in Florida and did everything. The car, house, location we stayed and access to parks was perfect.

I would recommend The Holiday Fixer as they did more than just book me a holiday. Being there to answer my questions and ensure we were prepared was great. The little extra bits matter!

I’ve just come back from my fifth holiday booked with Josie! This was my first time leaving Europe and despite being a little nervous to go somewhere completely new I was amazed at how stress free and smooth everything felt. I had never really dreamed of being able to afford to go to New York with my friends but Josie found us an amazing deal. I can’t wait to book another!

Another amazing trip organised by Juliet. This time to Iceland where Juliet organised a complete 5 day itinerary. The hotel Juliet picked was perfectly located for our own free time and all the excursions were outstanding , the highlight being seeing the northern lights on our first night. Juliet was on hand when a trip was cancelled at short notice and immediately took all the stress away reorganising our itinerary so we didn’t miss any of our planned excursions. Will definitely use Juliet for our next adventure.

Excellent service from start to finish. Carrie picked a perfect location - the trip had everything we asked for. Checked us in online and kept us up to date on flights out/return. We received a perfectly detailed itinerary with everything we could want, trips that she can book/restaurants/bars etc. We will definitely be booking again

We contacted Carrie for a last minute holiday fix as we had to cancel our planned trip for Christmas and she was amazing from start to finish. She gave us clear options at every stage, great advice on how to split up the different legs of our trip and a real feel for the different hotels and experiences on offer. Would most definitely recommend Carrie to anyone looking to take the sting out of their holiday planning!!

Just got back from a trip to Disneyland Paris with our sone and two of his friends families and Carrie could not have made it easier for us. Marvel Hotel, pases, food package, Disney experiences all booked by her we just needed to pack and turn up was so smoothly organised. This is the second time all three families have used Carrie and she did not disappoint us. What a fabulous 4 days, 3 nights we have all had and less than a 10 minute walk to the parks too. To say we are shattered is an understatement but was do hassle free thanks to Carrie. We would definitely use you again.

Juliet absolutely nailed out trip to Goa. We gave her a budget, our likes and dislikes likes. And wow what a package she put together. We took all the stress away. Everything worked like clock work. The hotels and locations were absolutely spot on, exactly what we love. Fantastic rooms, amazing staff and just felt as honoured guests. The local transfers and support were of the highest standard, enabling to get the most out of where we were staying, with restaurant recommendations and trips. We are so grateful as we stayed places we would have never found

It was a real treat to go to Funchal in Maderia. Helen did us proud, organised it all for us, we just had to turn up and enjoy all that was on offer. Perfect weather,so fortunate , easy tranfers, beautiful hotel, wonderful pool next to the ocean. Amazing location with easy access to all places of interest, with lots to see and do . Thanx Helen. Adry knew exactly what we wanted for our family holiday to Sri Lanka after one phone call! She absolutely nailed the whole experience and it really was the adventure we wanted with our 6 year old. The whole process was seamless and Adry explained everything so well. I found her to be professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Josie was amazing! She booked our holiday in York with speed and with every detail I needed to make my mum’s 80th birthday celebration extra special!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Josie to anyone looking to book a great holiday.

Juliet our fantastic Holiday Fixer had everything planned perfect from start to finish. We have travelled around South Africa, from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and a wonderful safari in Kruger, and then on to Mauritius for a welcome break after all the travelling around. All our hotels were excellent with great service, with pick ups and drops offs timed perfectly. Juliet checked on us regularly to see that all was going well. She had a professional warm and caring relationship with us throughout, from planning right up to the end of our vacation. I would highly recommend The Holiday Fixer and especially Juliet for anyone planning on booking their next adventure.

Lovely temperatures, luxurious hotel, delicious food, spectacular scenery and interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed the cable cars and Ronaldo Museum. Decided to give the big holiday companies a miss and try local. Am very glad I did. Carrie took the time to learn what was important to all 3 of us when deciding on a holiday and put forward suggestions within our budget. Juliet made the whole booking process seamless. She chose the most fantastic hotel for our trip and was constantly on hand to ensure everything was perfect. It was our anniversary whilst away and she organised our table reservations and also had a card left at the table for us - what a lovely touch! I can’t say enough positive things about Juliet and my experience of booking a holiday through her. It was a complicated adventure type holiday and she was patient and organised with my planning and the itinerary we received was perfect. We went to Japan and thought it would be much harder to navigate than it was, but given all the information we received and the detailed plans it was actually really simple. Holiday of a lifetime I’d like to repeat every year if I could! Thank you so much Juliet, I’ve already recommended you to everyone who will listen. X

We have used Carrie's services several times now and would always reccomend her to friends and family. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble. We made several changes to our most recent holiday that it must have driven her mad but she was always there with a laugh and a smile and made my life so much easier. She does so much for all her clients and she is just so helpful with a lovely way about her.

My daughter and I asked Carrie to arrange a special holiday to celebrate our birthdays this year, and she came up trumps! She listened to our ideas, worked with our thoughts, was creative with ideas and was extremely patient with my worries. Carrie included both of us in discussions and also involved her colleague who had personal experience of the resort to offer further guidance. She kept us up to date with information throughout the whole experience, checking in with us regularly and answering our on-going questions.
