I have booked 3 holidays with Laura so far and everytime she goes above & beyond.

It doesn’t matter what time I drop her a voice note with another outrageous idea she will always accommodate any changes or new ideas.

During our first trip to Dubai, Laura was very attentive & made sure everything was perfect.

We done use anyone else for holidays except Laura!

Gemma recommended and arranged a beautiful package in Mauritius which was totally idyllic. It matched all our requirements that we required and more. A totally wonderful personal service, absolutely faultless. Everything was done for us in advance and all our requests was met at the resort to highlight the level of professionalism. I would recommend to anyone that is travelling and will be back in touch when we next decide to travel.

Laura has been amazing from start to finish with our New Year Holiday to the Dominican! From booking process right through to the end, Laura was always there to help. She gave her honest opinions on destinatios and hotels to help us choose the perfect family holiday. We had specific requests for rooms (travelling with a disabled passenger) and Laura made sure the hotel were aware of this and because of her amazing organisation and persistence, we got what we needed. Hotel was fabulous, spotless and had everything we wished for.
Unfortunately due to snow in the UK on the way home, we were delayed for our flight back. But Laura had all the details, and kept in contact throughout our journey home, which made us feel safe and in good hands. Laura knew more details and gave more consistent updates, than the TUI reps on site. We were so grateful! Thank you again for such a wonderful family holiday!

Gemma was brilliant to deal with, she made the process of selecting the right trip to Lapland really easy. Gemma kept us informed at every stage and picked a fantastic company for us to go with, it was truly a magical trip

Gemma was excellent from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday to cater for us all. She was very attentive, very quick to reply/find info for us and really listened to our needs. Her communication was great and really kept us ‘in the loop’.
The booking process was extremely easy to do and Gemma made sure I fully understood everything before any transactions were made. The information she sent us a few days before travelling was invaluable to me. It included step by step stages from leaving the house to checking in at our accommodation, information on the area we were going to and all the amenities that were near to us while we were away.
I cannot recommend Gemma enough, she was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much!

Mexico was a dream thanks to Laura!

Laura was extremely kind, professional and worked endlessly to help find my family the perfect holiday in Mexico for myself, partner and baby girl meeting all the requests I had mentioned. A variety of hotels given and once chosen it was the easiest process ever. Laura sorted everything out and kept me upto date throughout.

My little girl was poorly before we flew and Laura was very knowledgeable and helped us through it all advising the steps to take regarding the holiday and insurance if was unable to go, which helped ease a lot of my stress! Luckily we did get to go and what a perfect holiday it was.

Laura was so kind and checked in on us before flight, when arrived, sent all the information over ready for when we were leaving and even ensured we landed back home safely! What a service.

We recently returned from a 2 week holiday in Florida that we booked with Carrie.

Carrie listened and understood exactly what our requirements were from the very first enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish Carrie ensured we had thought about everything that was needed and was more than happy to assist with booking additional services.

I am truly thankful that I turned to Carrie to help with our big family of 10 holiday. Can not recommend highly enough.

We cannot recommend Juliet highly enough. She was efficient and friendly throughout the booking process, guiding us through booking a wonderful holiday to Cyprus at a very good price. Juliet recommended a few suggestions and managed to get us an exceptional room at a reduced rate at Aphrodites Hills with our own hot tub, with a golf course and sea view. The food and atmosphere at the hotel was lovely too. We will definitely be using Juliets’s company again. Many thanks

Laura was fabulous from the point of planning and booking our trip to Las Vegas, all the way through to supporting and coordinating the journeys each end. She is very knowledgeable and will always ensure you are looked after. Highly recommend if you are looking to take the stress out of travelling.

We have just returned from the most amazing and magical trip to Thailand - curated and planned to perfection with such care, thoughtfulness ,skill and knowledge by Adry.
We couldn't believe that it would be possible for anyone to plan and organise something that could meet all of our family of five's different needs - but Adry managed to make all of our wishes come true and meet our budget requirements. All of the planning, booking, information before departure was extremely well organised and took away all of the work for us. During our trip - everything fell into place seamlessly - unbelievably half way across the world! Both elements made this trip even more enjoyable as Adry had literally fixed EVERYTHING for us! Thank you so much Adry, we couldn't have done this without you and refuse to book another holiday without your support and magic!

Just recently returned from a holiday in Jersey, organised by Helen The Holiday Fixer. We travelled from Liverpool to Jersey that Helen had arranged our tickets, boarding passes and special assistance which all went perfectly. We stayed in St Helier at The Pomme D’Or Hotel which was located in a central position opposite the marina. The hotel was excellent and the staff were helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The trips Helen organised consisted of three trips, one full day around the island by coach. Secondly, a boat trip around the island and lastly a trip to the war tunnels. A most enjoyable holiday and many thanks to Helen The Holiday Fixer we will definitely be using you again.

From the moment we contacted Carrie regarding our desired trip to Disneyland Paris, she has been absolutely amazing. Her communication, organisation & planning for our trip was just perfect. We said exactly what we wanted to do & Carrie made it happen. Everything was totally stress free our end as Carrie ensured we had everything sorted from our train bookings, hotel/food & extras too. Our family trip to Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we were immersed in a world of wonder and excitement. The kids, Henry and George, were over the moon with joy, and Terry and I found ourselves swept up in the enchantment as well.

Hotel

Highlights
