NEVER SAW MY MONEY BACK
I've sent back the whole order GE3949701388GB which contained the wrong items,it has been delivered for a while now. Please refund me the order as well as shipping cost!
The return label was created wrong I only noticed it after sending the order back, because I've sent back all of the items because they contained different thing from what I've ordered. Wrote emails several times but the enquiries were just closed and that's it. Please solve the issue Cathkidston website doesn't exist anymore and I'm afraid they have scammed me for money. The dress that I've order was lilies posey dress , but arrived a different one (black, I've even found it online, it has a different name too) and labeled as lilies posey dress and the iron board cover looked different too. I'm afraid that I was sent a completely wrong order or that they scammed me somehow. I've returned the order , it looks delivered for a while but still no refund. Wrote several times to orderenquiries@cathkidston(dot)com but all they ever did was to close my enquiries and asking me to '' rate agents works '' afterwards. But for what?Please help, I don't know who to turn too.
No refund and little help
My wife purchased a dress and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately she wasn't happy with the fit so contacted the company about a replacement. The advice was to purchase another one and return the original for refund. The was returned on 16 May 2023.
The replacement dress arrived 7 days later. We are still waiting for the refund.
Have contacted customer services several times with similar response. The warehouse is working at capacity and there is nothing more they can do. The refund will be made when they are able to process it.
It would seem that orders are processed quickly but refunds not so much. Perhaps they use different warehouses for orders and refunds.
Clearly their refund policy is only words.
Poor communication and lost parcel
I loved Cath Kidston products and have regularly bought them throughout the years, I was sad they were going into administration and bought some products in their sale. Firstly they refunded my order so I figured they couldn't fulfill it, nbd although I received no communication on the matter but they are closing down so fine. A week later they took a smaller amount from my account so I thought ok, they can fulfill some of the order but not all of it, but again, no communication. I emailed for advice but just got a generic response about stock and delivery times that read like an out of office. This had been over a 2 week period and when I got a notification from Evri I used their tracking to redirect it to a locker as I wasn't going to be in. I have done this before with Evri and had no issues. On this occasion however Evri decided to just post the item back to Cath Kidston and it is currently in limbo, not received by Cath Kidston and Evri are just ignoring me, which I know isn't Cath Kidstons fault, however, the generic response I am now getting from Evri is as the parcel has been missing so long I should contact CK for support. So, I contacted them for support and a week later received almost the exact same email I had received 3 weeks prior when I asked them about the refund and which products they couldn't supply. They had not even addressed my concern about the missing parcel. At this point I am going to raise the issue with my bank and hope I can get the money refunded from them. I guess it depends on the ts and cs but as I didn't authorise the second payment after the refund I am hoping that might give me some rights. I know Next is now the distributor for Cath Kidston products and when I spoke to them for advice they couldn't help, so I'm a little sad that after buying and using their products for nearly 15 years, I won't ever be buying from them again. I hope Next see the frustration of many customers, I doubt the Cath Kidston brand will even survive through their outlet now.

Not refunding my return!!!
Cath Kidston have not refunded my return that arrived at their facility 24 days ago, despite my reaching out to then multiple times. Their refund window is between 7 and 14 days. I understand they are in administration so they are busy, but this seems ridiculous and even though they are busy, they should still be able to process refunds rather than hold on to people's money and not give it back.
Sale order arrived and is beautiful
Leaving this for those who have placed orders in the sale and now can't view the CK website. I ordered on the 28/5 - 11 different items. The confirmation email said 12-14 working days which was longer than i had expected but imagine it said that on the website too had I bothered to look. 2 weeks later I got the Amazon pay invoice and my order arrived via Evri today 14/06 (12 working days from order) only missing one item which I expected as the Amazon payment was less than the order i placed. Tonight I opened a huge box filled with beautiful items that will now be stashed for Christmas and sent on to loved ones overseas. I'm glad the brand will continue through Next and know these items will last for years to come.
Taking orders and money while liquidated
I placed an order on the 6th June. I now cannot log into the website as it goes directly to Next as apparently Cath Kidston has gone into liquidation. But they still took orders and payment. It seems they have no intention of honouring my order so this could amount to fraud. They are not responding to emails and Next don't want to know.

They took weeks to dispatch my parcel, then they cancelled half of my order, then the parcel was ‘lost’ with evri, I chased this up with cath kidston and they told me they would chase this up a week ago. I have messaged them several times since and they have ignored me. I’ve tried dealing with evri direct but they just keep saying my parcel is lost and to contact the retailer. Feel like I’m going round in circles
The very worst in customer service
Placed an order for 6 items. 2 weeks later 1 item turned up and the rest have been cancelled. No communication at all. I messaged them but I have had no reply but am receiving sales emails from them everyday. So thanks for my "shiny new cath kidston account" but with so much choice available I will in future use more reliable outlets. Ones that know what customer service is.

No idea where my order is - says it was sent but no tracking and after three weeks nothing has arrived. I've tried emailing but no response there either. My next step will be contacting my bank to reverse the payment. Very disappointing but maybe just a sign it's time to put this company out of its misery.

Placed an order of Harry Potter water bottle. Paid upfront, only to be told 48hrs later it was out of stock. Why have items in sales if you do have them in stock. Got a reply telling me they hadn’t got round to sorting out their stock and were sorry. Try telling that to an 8yr old Harry Potter fan. Still have things in the sales that are out of stock I just tried to order ladies pyjamas shown in medium size clicked on them came up out of stock 😡

Placed an order on 22nd may, and havent heard a dicky bird from them since!! One of the items is a birthday present needed for 3rd june, and its looking like it wont be here in time.
How companies get away with shoddy business practices like this, i'll never know. Hang your heads in shame! Oh and i'll be contacting trading standards.

Placed a order online for 11 items from the sale section, five arrived badly damaged in the box, EVRI as usual !
I have contacted customer services at Cath Kidston virtually every day asking for guidance on returning the items and have had one response in just over a week saying they will make sure their warehouse is aware !
I am still trying to obtain a refund a week later , the items have been returned but still no response from customer service at Cath Kidston !
Word of warning to anyone thinking of placing a order with them now they are in administration, be very careful ! firstly EVRI deliver ! and secondly very poor customer service

Well been waiting since the 13th for in sale sliders not even left depot yet , on delivery 2 to 3 day’s delivery, no contact telephone number , email only finally got email basically telling me you got them cheap , high demand for in sale stock , told it could be 10 days or more ! Over the years spent a lot of money with this company as there products are great . Will not be buying again due to very poor customer services, and no customer service telephone line all the numbers I tried not working.

Non existent customer service!
After being a customer of many years I was disappointed it was going into administration. I made 2 separate orders, mainly gifts for birthdays throughout the year.
The courier they used thought it would be a good idea to leave my first order outside in the pouring rain, so when I got home from work it was soaked and the contents were ruined. I tried to contact Cath Kidston but their phone lines have all been closed down. I emailed and had no response. In the meantime they had dispatched my second order. This one I was home for so no soggy parcel, instead I had a water bottle with no lid and 2 items missing. I would strongly advise avoiding them now they are in administration as they really don’t care. It is a shame that Cath Kidston reputation was ruined at the end! I will now wait to see if I get a response before making a claim through my bank to get my money back.
Charged 3 times for item not received
Really disappointed with the service I have received. I was due a credit as an item was out of stock but instead of crediting me they have charged me twice again for the item so I have been charged 3 times for an item I have not received. I cannot get to speak to anyone and my emails are being ignored. This is the last time I order anything from them.
