I bought a Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC and had some issues to activate the product.
I contacted the support and I was lucky to have Carl helping me.
Carl contacted by phone Microsoft and sent me the information missed to activate the product.

John was extremely helpful with debugging a problem that had been persisting with some software purchases and downloads for months.

I actually had emailed several customer service people to no avail, and somehow this guy came out of the blue and to the rescue!

He was super chill and calmed me down when I was getting all worked up and prevented me from smashing my laptop, lol.

The problem had been extremely circular and there was this weird catch 22, but he persisted and helped me through the entire process, was super patient and would not let up until it was all solved and I got everything I needed and then some!

In my mind he overshoots your scale, I would give him a 10.

I'm a real live person/purchase of Microsoft Office. I know sometimes, when buying products on the Internet from an unknown company, the process can leave you feeling uncertain. However, I can assure you that this was a fantastic transaction where they stuck with me and answered all my questions. They did not try to dodge me after my credit card was processed... You can feel 100% confident!

I had problems downloading my newly bought product Office 2016. But Catsoft's tech support guy Jesus, was absolutely stellar in his service and with his patience in dealing with me. Took his time to explain stuff to non geek . non IT guy like me and walked me through all the steps. Even though it would probably take a few hours ; he promised to be there and he did . Didn't rush me or brush me off even once. Now that in my book is great service. Thank you Jesus for your time , your professionalism and your patience.

I just purchased something from cat soft and at first I thought it was a scam because the price was so competitive if I'm being really honest everybody. But it turns out that you get exactly what you wanted to get the software that you wanted to get at a really good price and it's easily downloaded. I will say it took about 15 minutes for me to get to downloading so they're not kidding when they say 15 minutes. Joe was great.

I tried 3 or 4 on line places to purchase Office 2016 for Student & Home and couldn't get any of them to work. Purchased from the site and download and install were flawless. On line chat with Emir was great too!
