You have a good guy, named Joe, on Catsoft's Chat line--today, April 10th. Joe was very helpful to my slow-and-dulled mind. At 73, anything techie or computer-focused now has become challenging to me--primarily because not all directions that come via emails are careful and clear; So Joe helped me interpret and solve problems I was having when trying to download Microsoft Word Home & Student Office. The program wasn't as quick to be downloaded as I assumed it would be...but Joe remained patient and attentive. THANK YOU, JOE - Dan McGuire

Extreme customer service.

I purchased Office Mac 2011. Took around 20 minutes to get the installation code. Installation went swimmingly but hit a huge road bump with the Microsoft product key. It was telling me the key was invalid and when I called Microsoft support, the wait was 60-90 minutes.

I decided to chat online with a technician from Catsoft and was linked with JOE. He asked for screenshots, worked his magic, and got me up online when I thought I was doomed for sure, and faster than I imagined.

Cannot say enough good things about this customer service, especially when it comes to Joe. My computer went down in the midst of this Corona chaos and he helped me get back up and working in no time. Thanks again Joe!

Had a failed software install with another supplier and they were no help in solving the problem. Basically said I was out of luck! Chatted with David @ Catsoft, told him my problem and what I had done to remedy another down load failure. He checked with the tech guys and said it should work and it didn't they would work with me and if i was still not satisfied with the outcome, they have a 60 day money back gaurantee. i purchased the Microsoft 2019 office for student and home from them and the downloaded it with no problem. To activate it, you need a Microsoft account and i had to activate each component separately through the account. It's up and running and you get what you pay for with Catsoft.

I purchased a copy of MS Office, but it didn't work on my relatively new Mac. The company refunded my purchase price without question. That is what I call a great business.
