Accidentally purchased the wrong…

Accidentally purchased the wrong version, and they gave me a refund almost immediately via chat. They also verified I was on the correct page and offered a discount for the inconvenience. Excellent Service!!!

Excellent prices and service

Excellent prices, services and customer service. Initially purchased the wrong Office software suite. I immediately contacted Catsoft and they immediately refunded purchase so I could download correct version. Response times for any correspondence and downloads occurred within minutes! Will purchase software again from here and highly recommend Catsoft to anyone.

Wow Service!!

Thank you kindly, I received and installed the product and it is running fine.
Along these lines, I wish to commend Catsoft for their service. Never in my life have I encountered so many emails of support to ensure satisfaction. I am surely impressed and will have no problem to support you in future, should the need arise.

Online Chat Support for Microsoft Office Install

Today I got on chat with Quir from you product support group because I was having problems downloading and activating Microsoft Office 2019. Quir took over my PC and spent a lot of time to get the product successfully loaded and activated. I don't believe I could have resolved the issue without his assistance. I have never received that class of support for a downloaded product. I will definitely use Catsoft for my needs in the future and recommend you to my friends.

great customer service

quick delivery of software and no problems downloading it to my computer. I also contacted customer service because I did not see the coupon code on their homepage and they retroactively gave me the discount. super nice that they accommodated my request and did so almost immediately. it is things like this that will make me a repeat customer.
