Office troubleshooting
Had trouble getting office to load on the computer. Starting chatting with Mark and he remotely went into my computer. He did an amazing job trying to figure out what was going on. He ended up working over 7 hours on just my problem on 12/27/19. The problem wasn't fixed and he said he would do some research and will get with me on 12/28/19. He was online when he said he would be and fixed my problem right away. I highly recommend this product and hopefully you will not have any problems downloading, but if you do, I hope that you get Mark as the technician to help you out. Very happy customer.

Terrible... this site is a scam. Try calling the phone number before you order anything and save yourself the headache of disputing the transaction. You won't be able to reach anyone and you'll never get what you ordered. The other reviews that are good came from people who run the scam. BEWARE!!

Joe is the man!
Joe, the technician who worked with me today went above and beyond his duties and made sure my problem was fully address and my experience was pleasant and not stressful. Although I felt silly for not being able to figure out how to solve the problem myself, Joe interacted in a professional manner that made me feel competent and resourceful.
I fully endorse and recommend Joe to anyone and further advise his company to allow him to participate, if not lead, best practices techniques for his fellow work peers. He was that good!
