Scam! Spent almost $200 for a jacket/dress. It was dropshipped from
China, no inside Label, crappy material.Cheaply made! So upset.

I bought a pair of boots and was disappointed when I received the item. The boots came directly from China. The size of the shoes I received was incorrect. They were 1.5" too big! Catwalk should post if the shoes run true to size or to size up or down. I picked the shoe size by the size chart they had posted on the website. The website should post accurate info about the products they sell. No quality control! To ship the item back to China would have cost over $100. The website makes it sound like you are getting a really high-quality product, but I doubt it if its coming from China. Keep in mind if you are unhappy with your item you can only get either a credit or exchange (you have to pay to ship it back to China $$$, ship it back to you + duty!). Totally not worth the experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere. You've been warned!

This is a HUGE scam.

Items are AWFUL quality (for sure the ones pictured are made better quality and then mass produced to a super cheap standard).

You have to send them back at your own cost, and cannot get a refund, only a credit note.

And THEN, you cannot use this credit note along with a discount - so you HAVE to pay full price, even though the items are ALWAYS on a 35-40% discount.

Feel so cheated.

This company is a scam please stay away things come in a lowest quality from China and it’s not what this IG models are wearing I was shocked to receive a package from China with a very strong smell

Now they are telling me store credit I ask the which store I never dealt with anyone from China.

I bought a few items from Catwalk it was 2 dresses and shoes. The products came about a month later. I sent them few emails and some comments on social media. The quality of the things is very cheap for the price and the things come straight from China it even smells when you open the package like some fumes. I would love to return everything but I don't think it's worth me paying a lot in shipping fees and the hassle as the return label did not come with the package that would make it a hard return. I will not be purchasing anything from Catwalk ever again ! Very disappointing

You guys are scammers. You sell cheap China products even you claim to be Australian. I bought some stuff and I never receive it your customer service sucks! Just keep my money and I hope you are happy. To anyone stay away from this shop and also tell all these so called influencers they pay to promote their stuff that they support a scam company!

SCAM ALERT!!! This is nothing more than a pretty China drop shop scheme. It works if you do not have to return anything. If you do, let the BS begin. Ordered boots, received boots and they were too small. Emailed company right away. Received return instructions to CHINA and not Australia where they purport to be located. Paid $70.00 in return shipping on September 14. Shoes are somewhere at China customs almost 3 months later. Company basically told me that’s my problem and refuse to credit me. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK but you have been warned, this is a horrible site with horrible customer service. Beyond disappointed

This company is a scam. The quality is laughable for the price. Literally looks like it was handmade and not in a good way. Do not purchase from here. The return process is also a scam. You’ll pay for a return label, but because they give you false shipping information and contact info for customs, the package will never arrive. I’ve been waiting over two months for a refund now.

I ordered $150 dress and after ordering it, I went on Catwalk Connection IG and saw a few people saying that the dress they received does not look like the dress they are advertising on their site and that the dress was made in China. Also on Catwalk Connection IG, they posted a contest winner in the dress and it looks totally different, low quality, nothing like $150. I immediately contacted them on 10/10/20, and requested that my order be canceled because I had proof that the dresses were different. They canceled my order with no hesitation on 10/12/20, and said they will reach out to their accounts department to request a refund. Today is 10/24/20, and I still have not received my refund. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks for me to receive a refund!

So obsesed with my new dresses, the quality is amazing and they are so beautiful, just in love with this clothes and style.
Deffinitely recommend to all stylish girls.

(Order #65956) I’ve purchased two dresses from this company and looked stunning in both. However, this review is about my third purchase— the Pink Antonia 2 piece suit set. I’m a medium, and the suit that was delivered was NOT a medium. It had to be a petite size 2. It had a blue Jean cheap quality AND the gold button fell off the jacket. Since they didn’t provide a return shipping slip, I thought for sure I would get reimbursed. WRONG. I paid $75 in shipping just to return it TO CHINA (on Aug 22)— it is now Oct 7th, and they supposedly haven’t received the item. I feel they probably provide a fake return address. While the other two dresses are Cute— this experience has turned me off. I will not purchase another item. They need to lower pricing and at least cover shipping for exchanges.

I’m obsessed with both of my purchases! I got so many compliments in the Kati black dress I can’t wait to wear it again ! Great shipping times and excellent quality.

Well as a frequent online shopper and especially during COVID lockdown in Dubai, sorry to say but i am often very disappointed with my online shopping due to quality, customer service or delivery issues or the fashion itself does not live up to the marketing.

So many times my hopes are spoiled with other suppliers, designers and retailers.

However, my first experience here with Catwalk Connection was awesome. Why ? Fast delivery, elegant packaging and most of all chic and original and very stylish contemporary designs. I bought 4 dresses and really all are amazing individually and i love them all so much they are really from the ‘Catwalk’.
