Very happy customer - buyer and seller
I have bought maybe a dozen items of fabulous designer clothes from Reloved Again in the past 3 years. They're always really well priced and the way the team showcase them on instagram is super helpful, as well as the more detailed description on the website. Only this month I've now started selling and the team have been so easy to deal with, super quick to reply and helpful. 6 out of 8 pieces sold within a week or so which is great, reflecting them being well priced and merchandised brilliantly by the team.
I was more nervous selling than buying but now I won't sell designer items with anyone else ! Thank you Reloved Again.

Fantastic service
Great team and service. I have been selling my items for a number of months with reloved. The service is great and takes all the pressure and stress out of selling higher priced items online. The team are friendly and supportive and Sarah always takes time to consider my queries and requests. All my items have sold quickly and updates are provided each month. Their knowledge is great and they work hard to get the best price for your items!

I have just made my first purchase with Reloved Again and I'm extremely pleased with the jacket. I made a few enquiries regarding the item and got a response immediately. The customer service has been fantastic and any queries dealt with promptly. I don't live close by so the website is very handy. Also the videos and the items being modelled have been so helpful when deciding whether to make a purchase. There's new stock available most days at fair prices, so I'm sure I'll be making another purchase very soon.

I ordered a brand new moncler jacket and I’m so pleased with it. Came as described, delivery was quick and so was the communication I had with Sarah via WhatsApp. She even messaged me the day after delivery to check everything was good with the jacket, which I really appreciated.

I have bought several things before from Reloved Again. Absolutely love the store. I’m not in London so they are great at sending you little videos so that you can see different size models in the clothes. Also lots of details nothing is too much trouble for them. Ask lots of questions and the absolute best part is you get a bargain with them great quality clothes know that they’ve been well looked after And if you’re still not quite happy or it doesn’t suit you have 14 days to return what are the real love site would give you that highly recommend them

Great business, expertise and variety
Great business. Hard to find pieces that are often really well priced. I love the instagram films and unlike other resellers they give item measurements, which saves time and hassle both ways. Good styling advice and a really good mix of classic and on trend buys. I’m a repeat customer and find myself looking on reloved again more and more.
