Amazing

Amazing! The causebox team always impresses with their efforts to support such awesome female-led businesses as well as ensure each product reaches the customer in perfect condition. I have been purchasing this subscription for 2 years and frequent the marketplace. I love everything about this company!!

Causebox is a great subscription box!

Before the COVID stay at home orders, as a NY’er I knew very little about subscription boxes. I discovered Causebox after watching YouTube. This company has such a great mission combined with wonderful and gorgeous products. I look forward to each new box like a child during the holidays. I did have one problem with a product that arrived damaged, it was replaced in less than two weeks.

With any issues, support has been timely, helpful and courteous. I honestly recommend Causebox whenever I can.

So Happy with CAUSEBOX!

I recently contacted CAUSEBOX customer service asking if I could order just the current Welcome box (even though I already have an annual membership). The customer service was outstanding! They provided step-by-step instructions for me to place my order and are taking my annual membership into account so I can customize all the choices! The customer service rep was very friendly and seemed to care that I had a positive experience. In the world of automated replies it was refreshing to hear from a live person who went the extra mile. Thank you CAUSEBOX you just gained a long time customer.

Stuff from CHINA :(

I got my first Causebox today. I didn't have a problem GETTING it...it did a long time but I did get it. Reading the description of what it promises is NOT what I got. I somehow expected products made by micro businesses run by women in poverty stricken countries. Instead the stuff I got came from India OR WORSE CHINA. The bamboo cutting board and 2 tools, the basil metal planter..(although the basil seeds came from Italy) and possibly the candle holder all were MADE IN CHINA. I'm really REALLY trying NOT to buy anything made in China. It's hard but I'm trying. The cotton bathrobe is OK and not made in China but in India so that's better. There was a copper bracelet I think it's copper I have no idea where it was made and a bottle "face brightening oil" with no content description or where it was made. I foolishly rubbed someone my face and it turned bright red. I won't be renewing.

I wish I saw the bad reviews before

I wish I saw these reviews instead of just the canned YouTube reviews before getting the year subscription. A literal waste of money. I ordered For the first time on Sept 10th. It’s now October 20th and I still have nothing. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and got a response 4 days later with a canned response that didn’t answer my questions. It says On their site delivery within 2-8 days. Welp it shipped on October 7th apparently but 13 days later i have nothing. I will never recommend this brand nor will I buy again

Received my first Causebox (Fall 2020)

Received my first Causebox (Fall 2020). Pretty blah, not insanely impressed for the cost. The one item I really wanted and picked out, I didn't get! They allowed me to pick the grey towel set, but I got the grey robe, which I have zero interest in. Pretty much $50 of pretty useless items for me. I will say that my daughter wanted the glass water bottle and I actually did get that, so at least that happened.

They were amazingly helpful! I had a random situation where FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was amazing, helpful, friendly, and everything I could have asked for. Thanks for having such a great team!

I really wanted to love the fall box

I really wanted to love the fall box, but they spent more on the mini magazine insert with product descriptions than the actually towels I received. They tried to put a $90 value on some cheap waffle towels they described as "unbelievably cozy and superbly soft". They were neither. I wonder if the buyer even felt them? I also received some facial cotton rounds for the face from China, but no explanation as to the cause there. I like the idea of the box, but the quality and cause are a bit questionable.

CAUSEBOX is amazing!

CAUSEBOX customer service is wonderful. They really do care about their customers. You can see their commitment to their mission in every box, and to their customers with each interaction. It is nice knowing that a company still cares about each individual customer.

Causebox Really Cares!

My experience with the Causebox Support team has been nothing short of amazing since being a subscriber for over a year now. I usually get a reply within the shown approximate time frame and responses are almost always above and beyond.

One of my favorite responses was when a support member went out of her way to attach a screenshot of the system view showing my current subscription in reference to my question.

I'm sure she didn't need to do that, but she probably thought it would alleviate my concerns if she were in my shoes. And you know what? It certainly did. I'm also extra thankful when I get to keep talking to the same representative, and I don't know how large or small their team is, but I usually am able to get replies from the same helpful folks.

I believe that Causebox Support Team is doing their best with the shipment of our products, and though they can't (because they're probably not in charge of shipping anyway) move heaven and earth to personally hand-deliver my products to me, at least I am reassured with their replies that are prompt, honest, non-judgmental, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

I don't have as amazing experiences with bigger companies like Shutterfly or Amazon so I hope that as Causebox continues to inevitably grow that they would maintain their genuine kindness and "above and beyond-ness" that aligns true to their mission and core even in the most minute customer emails.

Causebox AND to the Causebox Support Team, I'm a fan of yours.

Thank you for what you do. In this pandemic, I find myself doing exactly what you all are doing for my line of work--and it is totally painful on some days--let me tell you! I cannot thank your team enough for what you do.

Now more than ever, I believe customer service is crucial and hard to get right. But I don't think customer service is all you do. I believe it shows in your emails to me that you CARE.

For me, that's the difference in what you do.

Great Customer Service!

I saw an AD on Facebook for Causebox & decided to order one after seeing a sneak preview of what is in the Fall Welcome Box. After doing some more research & discovering that their advertisements are a bit deceiving and don’t actually include everything they showcase I decided I wasn’t interested anymore so I sent them an email and they refunded me for the box right away, no questions asked. I am very impressed with Causebox customer service & I will definitely be purchasing a box in the future if I see a box I am interested in.

Bad towels and no communication

I’ve only had two boxes so far, my summer intro box and the fall box. So far I haven’t received anything that I really love. What I want to talk about is the fact that there is barely any communication with this company. This isn’t my only seasonal subscription box and the other ones send out emails nearly weekly but I can count on my hand how many I’ve gotten from Causebox. I purchased around $80 worth products from the fall sale and have yet to receive them. It’s a bit ridiculous to order something in August and here it is the middle of October and I haven’t even received so much as an email about them! I’ve seen other people ask them the same thing on Instagram and they all get the same copy/pasted message. You’d think when people are spending so much money on your crappy towels you’d shoot them an email or at the very least let people know if you buy extra stuff don’t expect it to arrive any faster than it would on the Oregon trail.

Causebox is awesome!

Causebox is by far my favourite subscription. I look forward to it every season. It blows my other boxes away. The products are always thought provoking, Ultra trendy and socially responsible. I’m often stopped and asked where I got Causebox items. It’s the best $50.00 I spend hands down.

More bait and switch from this company

I have subscribed to Causebox for two years and this fall box is the worst I've received yet. First of all, I know that I customized the items and did not receive what I chose. Apparently, this bait and switch tactic is not new to them. The rest of the items that I got were cheap and useless. The whole box stank of some herbal odor and I thought something had spilled but there was nothing in it to spill. It is also taking a really long time for boxes to ship and while I understand that this may be a function of unexpected growth/COVID issues, the company is really not doing anything to address it. They hide behind their "cause" and ask people to be patient with them because of it but that is not an excuse for bad customer service and poor inventory management. I will not be resubscribing.

Wish I never purchased

Didn't like the robe once it arrived. Didn't like that the reusable cotton rounds were from China. That's not a cause to me! No cancelation until next renewal. Now I'm stuck receiving crap for the next year. No returns either. Still nothing worth having after third box.
