Wow Terrible Box!
Wow. The fall box was the worst yet. I've not been impressed with Causebox at all. Unfortunately I signed up for the one year subscription and was unable to cancel until that year had been fulfilled. I've been underwhelmed with most of the boxes, but this one was BY FAR the worst. The robe, which appeared plush and cozy, is a terrible shade of dark-gray green. The quality is terrible with a lot of loose threads. It has no shape and washed poorly. Other items in this box include a cheap-looking star lantern (I've had nicer versions from Ikea) and a rose gold bracelet that was clearly sized for a child and looks like one purchased it at a junior's store on clearance. Typical of the jewelry that arrives in a Causebox. The "prep plate and bamboo serve set" are an odd combination of cutting board and salad tongs. If it were a bowl with the serving elements that would make sense. If it were a cutting board with smaller pieces that would make sense. The delivered combination made no sense. I'll be donating most of what I received this month and can't wait until this subscription is over. I appreciate their raison dêtre; however, the product quality is just not worth it!
Very disappointed!!
I was very disappointed with my fall box!! I would say that the quality of most products were sub par! Bracelet looks like it was for a child and of very poor quality! Even more disappointing was to only find one extra item that was not from my choices! No surprises to be exited about!! A big let dow! Hopefully my winter box will help me decided if I will be canceling or not my subscription!!
Received the Causebox fall box 09-30-20 - finally; big disappointment
Received the fall box 09-30-20. Shipping time is extremely slow. Response time to messages is extremely slow. Have been quite pleased with the items, variety and quality of the boxes since becoming an annual member. Truly was looking forward to the fall box. Extremely disappointed. Virtually not one thing in the box is something I would order. The worst thing, however, was the robe. The fabric quality was poor; stiff, not attractive. The construction was shoddy. The front border panel was twice as wide at the bottom and the width changed from top to bottom - at some points the width was half as wide as at the bottom/top. There are numerous long, medium and short dangling threads all over the garment like it was literally thrown together with zero quality control. There was only one size - it runs VERY small. It simply is a poor quality, poorly fitting, unacceptable item. Second, the copper bracelet appeared to be substantial and roomy. It is not. It is very small. By stretching as best as could be done, it could fit on a 7" wrist but it looks cheap and very small on the wrist - not at all like the photos on the model. It must have been a child's wrist to look as large as it did. Not a good item. Third was a cheap metal tin to grow organic basil. It was the lesser of the evils of the choice in that category and it is cheesy and cheap looking. Fourth, the bamboo tray, tongs and spatula are things I will never use. The combo doesn't make sense to me - it is described as a "serve" set but a spatula or bulky tong typically would not be what is used for apps. The wooden tray for cheeses or charcuterie etc is ok but a large bulky tongs and a spatula? Makes zero sense. Fifth, probably the only item that is practical and high quality is the Tease 3 in 1 tumbler. Not something I would use, but a high quality functional item. Last was the All Way of Will serum which again, is ok but not something I will use. In all batting zero for six. Very disappointing. Don't believe I will continue with subscription - may wait to see what winter holds - but don't expect to see anything any time soon - it takes forever for spoilers to appear and FFF has their boxes shipped before even seeing the Causebox spoilers.
Missing So Many Items - Resolved
I received only 6 of 22 Add-On Market items that I paid for and was contacted by the company via email as well as from their Community Support Team through Facebook. Such great service in record time! Thank you for taking the extra time to carefully wrap and ship the fragile items. I'm super-impressed! Kudos to Trustpilot for getting my message out to Causbox!!!

Fall 2020 Causebox
I love the items in the Fall 2020 Causebox! I have never gotten a subscription box before but was intrigued by the diversity of home goods, beauty, and clothing offered. The ethically sourcing is a plus as well. For Fall 2020 I had already been looking for a robe and a tea infuser, so when I saw that those two items were options I decided to sign up. I have been drinking a lot more loose leaf and everything is beautiful. I also like the muscle gel and the booklet explaining the story behind each product. One of the items arrived damaged and customer service was very quick and shipped a replacement.

I've had the BEST customer service with Causebox. The response to my email was timely and Cloredel already had an option/solution figured out for me. Loved the response and how it was handled. Thank you for all the help and for being an amazing company!
SO excited for this Fall 2020 Causebox-…
SO excited for this Fall 2020 Causebox- probably my favorite one to date. There are always at least 2-3 unique items I love and use. THIS Causebox has it all! My absolute favorite item to date is the Tease tea infuser/bottle/carrier. So stylish, so functional. I just received mine on Thursday and have already brewed 3 cups of delicious tea! The robe is incredible!! I’m excited to see how each box is so carefully curated to do good! I feel spoiled ❤️
Causebox people are fantastic
Firstly the product is fantastic. Secondly, when I needed help on an order the causebox people were very responsive and solved my problem. I had ordered a few extra things, because it it is all amazing, and I didn’t realize that I was paying shipping. The causebox people cancelled the order without question. I love this company.
The best!
I received my amazing Causebox but one of the pieces was glass and had shattered. I emailed after opening and within a few hours I had a response from Causebox and a package shipping to me with a replacement. You can’t ask for better customer service! They responded so quick, with a solution and kindness! Love Causebox and what they do and how they love others!

Cause box has the best customer service I've ever seen.
I've had trouble receiving the emails telling me when I can customize my box, but each time when I reached out to them they've gone out of their way to change the content of my box the way I wished for, even when it was already ready for shipping !
They're very responsive and friendly as well. Keep up the amazing job !

Can’t even write a review on the…
Can’t even write a review on the product when I never received the product. I emailed them and they said they will delivery it, but it still says “Awaiting Shipment”. Very disappointed that it has been over a month and I still have nothing. I was about to continue the subscription, but now I will definitely cancel and discontinue for further purchases from them.

Selection Window
I was not expecting customer service to be able to help me, as the selection window was closed, but I lucked out that my fulfillment didn't make it to the warehouse yet, so they allowed me to make the selections. Excellent products, excellent cause, excellent service
The quality of support from the staff at Causebox was superb! One of the items in my box was damaged during shipping. A first out of a whole year of boxes. I normally would have written it off, but it was an item I was particularly looking forward to.
My email to the customer service team was answered quickly, with such kind words and the problem solved immediately. They offered to replace the item right away, I didn’t have to ask for a thing. My review is based on the customer service I received through email; I have not received my first box yet. I had an issue understanding how to make the choices for my box. I sent emails (yes, quite a few) to the customer service department for assistance. I received a response quickly, it was very friendly and gave me several suggestions. I sent a few more questions and with the responses I received (again, very quickly) I was able to figure out what I was doing incorrectly. Never once, during our conversations did I feel like I was being a bother, all responses were respectful and very patient. For customer service, I give this company a 6 out of 5 stars!
