I ordered my US flag on 04/02/2022 and have not received it.

I ordered my US flag on 04/02/2022, my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive it.
I have emailed four times asking for an update on my paid for flag and received no response each time.
Called their customer service number numerous times with no response.

Only reason I ordered from them is the company advertised it was “Veteran owned. “

Pathetic customer service!

I concur with the other 1-star reviews

I concur with the other 1-star reviews. Order placed 6-10-22, they took the money with an order confirmation, no estimated ship date. I attempted to reach out to them numerous time with no response. I've requested a refund twice with no responce. This company is a SCAM!!!

SCAM

This 1 star is not about the quality of the product, but the quality of the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Where is my order? I first contacted them via their website....NO RESPONSE! I tried to call but the phone is always busy! I wrote again, but I'm sure there will be no response there, as well. I then decided to look up their rating only to find that others, like me, have the same issues. THIS IS NOT A US VETERAN OWNED/RUN COMPANY!!!! This has to be a foreign SCAM!!!!! Rush, NY is just an address! THIS BS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!

I placed my order in April 22 and since…

I placed my order in April 22 and since then have made numerous attempts to make contact by the Calvary website, e-mails, and phone. They posted on their website their business has been impacted by Covid19 and supply chain issues but yet they billed for the flags upon receipt of the order. A good business would provide an estimated delivery date or some type of response. I have requested a refund through my credit card as this is the only recourse.

I ordered a flag 1/15/22 & still…

I ordered a flag 1/15/22 & still haven’t gotten it & no response from 4 emails. I just wanted a response to let me know it was still a safe order or porch pirates hadn’t stollen it, etc.
It is now 4/6/22 & 6 unanswered emails later & still no flag.

Scam.

I ordered a flag in July 2021 and still have not received anything but an order confirmation. I have emailed and filled out their contact form 6 times now with no answer. They have my money and I don’t have a flag or answers. Do not buy from them.

No customer service

I purchased a flag 4 months ago. I knew there was delays do to COVID as stated on the website. I waited a couple months and emailed them several times just to get an estimated time and and never got a response. Theres no way to get ahold of them other than email. Customer service is nonexistent.

In 1967 I was a foreman for the…

In 1967 I was a foreman for the Metropolitan Flag Company in Paterson N.J. One of the hardest flags we made was the embroidered American flag. And the one product that got my attention the most for quality control. Your 3 X 5 embroidered flags I purchased would have passed my inspection with flying colors, “get it, ha ha”. All kidding aside, I am extremely pleased with the product and you should be proud of your employees. Thanks and be safe.

Great customer service

I originally left a negative review because of a slow response and not getting my purchase. Tim emailed me and apologized because he did not see the original email and he actually went above and beyond. He mailed out my product an expedited it. And he also gave me a partial refund because the size was not available. If I ever need any more flags I will definitely be using him. I would highly recommend

Beautiful flag, poor shipping

The flag was beautiful. I specifically chose this company because they are veteran run and products are American made. I only gave 4 stars because I paid for priority shipping and the flag wasn’t even mailed from the company for 3 days and didn’t arrive until more than a week after ordering .
