Lovely earrings and quick and easy delivery

The earrings I have recently bought as a gift look beautiful. They haven’t been worn yet and I’m assuming the fastenings are good. Beautifully packaged. Look expensive.

I recently ordered a lovely bracelet as a Christmas present, which was warmly received. Unfortunately just a couple of weeks after Christmas the bracelet decided it needed a life of its own and slipped off the wearer's wrist. I asked CF if they might look toward that unfortunate outcome and maybe offer a solution to stop other purchasers from suffering the same fate. Not only did I receive a considerate reply, where CF said they'd look at that issue, they also offered to replace the lost item at a significant discount and with a new style clasp.
Now that's customer service and deserves a 5* review.

Due to general bad postal service my god daughters ear rings looked unlikely to turn up in time for xmas....Lizzie kindly sent a replacement pair by special delivery that arrived just in time. Really great service and if and when the original order turns up I will be sending them straight back. So as well as the ear rings being lovely.....the service really made this purchase experience great

Ordered pendant only, arrived promptly but packaging torn & partly open, on closer inspection found no pendant in jewellery box which had obviously been stolen! Emailed sales department, just for their info,and got a prompt reply saying they would send a replacement! New pendant received a couple of days later & couldn’t be happier with it, good quality, very pretty, sparkly& looks great on

After searching for a particular item for many years I found it through a google search on your website. unfortunately no sizes were listed but I called and got through to real person and got a very helpful response.
