Very disappointing.plain stealing and not caring.
Very, very disappointed...and, yes, I should have read the reviews here before ordering...but i trusted that Mei would be, at least, 10% as friendly and helpful as she gives the impression to be on her youtube channel, and at least, 50% as passionate about dogs as she says she is.
To the point: customer service is THE rudest I've come across in a long time. Apparently, in their words, "we just state facts", even for situations they have not witnessed. Like the lack of delivery of an order we placed +2 months ago. In the end, there was an issue with the import fees because of a mistake made by Cavology , and the local post office decided to return it. Of course, cavology kept insisting how their knowledge of european import fees is their area of expertise, when it is clear they have no idea. What's worse is that they dont care about the customer at all. After 2 months, and after denying to refund the order that was never delivere, they decided to issue a refund for aroubd 60% of what was paid. Even though this was not our fault, they consider fair to keep the delivery costs too.
In the end, sadly, they really don't care about your pet, you as a customer, their business, nor even basic morals. Just keeping your money scrooge-style.
As i said VERY disappointing.
