Do not buy a vehicle from a dealer through Cazoo, they let dodgy car dealers sell on their site. I bought a van from Southeast Van Sales, the clutch started slipping about 2 months after buying it, i contacted them and they refused to deal with the issue, they said the private sale invoice they posted to me 2 weeks after buying the van means they are not responsible as it was a private sale so not covered under consumer rights act. Turns out one of the people involved in the company is now in prison for selling £1.8m worth of cocaine.

I’m so so disappointed that Cazoo will allow an incompetent company wicked company that does not value customer service to trade with them. I’m talking about Maya motors in Stockport. I bought a car from them a day before I noticed a fault I took the car there did nearly beat me and take my life. Police have to come in for my life now the car is under warranty. The car is sitting there doing nothing. They have done nothing about my warranty. I keep on pushing them all that I’ve got a silence and this is not Cazoo that I know 2022 about a car fantastic service at this time. Highly disappointed.

I had no reply to my question regarding the vehicle I was interested in also the I phoned the dealer and got a very rude response and a promise of a phone call back within half an hour as they where with a customer over a day later and still no call back.

Purchased vehicle with new 12 month MOT 2 months ago. Low mileage, 100 point check and 3 month warranty etc
Sump rotted out, chassis nearly rusted through, door doesn't fit properly so leaks in the rain, completely unsafe to drive on the road.
I am still waiting for V5, the vehicle to be collected and my money to be refunded! I can't even SORN vehicle to get road tax back as still trying to get V5.
Abbas talks a good game but appears incapable of following through on any promise! 1 star was for the delivery, it arrived.

I purchased a vehicle from Car Galaxy, and at the time of sale, I was provided with a 3-month warranty for peace of mind.
However, within just one month of purchasing the car, the engine developed a serious fault and ultimately failed. Given that the issue occurred well within the warranty period, I contacted the dealership to request repairs or support as per the agreement.
Unfortunately, my experience after reporting the issue was extremely disappointing. The seller refused to take responsibility for the repair despite the valid warranty. Communication quickly broke down, and I was met with rude and unprofessional behaviour. Eventually, my calls were blocked, leaving me completely unable to resolve the issue directly with the business.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and unexpected financial burden, as I am now left with a faulty vehicle and no support from the dealer.
Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business, particularly regarding warranty promises and after-sales support.

I recently used Cazoo to search for a car and ended up purchasing a 2014 MG3 1.5. The overall experience of searching and viewing the car was easy and helpful, and I’m satisfied with the process.
However, I was disappointed to find that the car did not come with a spare tyre or the essential tools, including the jack, which I believe should have been included. This was not made clear at the time of purchase.
Aside from that issue, everything else was good.
