No mention as far as I could see that the car was salvaged
The servicer provided by this company was very good, friendly, especially the drivers that delivered the car.
The only complaint that I have got is that as far as I could see there was no mentioned that the car was salvaged. I was not aware of this until the motor certificate arrived.
Also no mention in the add that there was no service history , or documents with the car.

Great company very helpful and provide a great customer service. Helped me with a car i bought from netherton road car sales,wishaw that i got scammed on and proved to me that they were the liars telling me cazoo is a scam, work in a garage too so soon figured out that cazoo is a great company would always use them in future when looking for a new car

Rainsborough park cars dealership , problems
My daughter purchased a 2015 MINI Cooper SD from the dealer, Rainsborough park car dealers on the 24th February 2026. Within 14 days of purchase the engine management light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode and was not safe to drive.
An independent garage carried out a diagnostic inspection and confirmed a serious fuel system fault which required significant repairs. The total cost to make the vehicle safe and roadworthy was £1,856.50.
We contacted Rainsborough park car dealer to try to resolve the issue, however the only response we received was that the vehicle should have been returned to him, which we could not do as it was very unsafe to drive. He advertises his cars on Cazoo, and they are unroadworthy, and i would like to make other consumers aware, and let Cazoo aware of this dealership, and to avoid this car dealer.
