It seem that most people dont know what good medical marijuanas looks like (I would always recommend no irradiated and if it brown or black it gone off) (some one who been smoke dor over 9 year for fibromyalgia and never ending pain)
I found these people really helpful and the product turned up no problem
Was told by a Doctor I wouldn't qualify because it wasn't for myself who'd just had 3 parts of my Right Lung cut out to remove Cancer, problem probably being I'm a Recovering Addict of 28 years, but CB1 Medical made me welcome & helped me in every way possible. I like the Vaping angle as it helps with my attempt at stopping smoking Joints & I actually feel fresher than I have done in years. Had 1st Video Consultation with a Doctor who was very understanding to my Health issues & what could be helped by Weed, I had to pass over my Medical Files & there isn't no guys lying around smoking big joints because the liars at the daily fail forgot to say that you only qualify if you Vape it. You also have to abstain a day or 2 every couple of weeks or so. Huge lies made up about a great cause for the Medically desperate who cannot get proper help elsewhere unless you wanna break the law that is.

CB1 Medical are absolutely brilliant. They really did listen to me when explaining my pain etc and the consultation doctor was really nice and understanding.
I would definitely recommend this company as they give 100% service.

I was quite scared at first but the process was very straight forward. Everything was explained in detail. They listened to my symptoms and set a plan and made their prescription. They are very knowledgeable. So glad I went forward with alternative medication.

So far not great. Did the enquiry based on the website telling me "CB1 Medical is unique in being able to access your medical records instantly upon receiving your consent, so we can send a cannabis prescription to North Lanarkshire in days rather than weeks" ive found that cb1 medical are misinforming and possibly misselling the whole of scotland. They have this statement for all areas of scotland but received this reply "As you live in Scotland, we can't access your GP records directly through the NHS system" So cb1 cannot access my records i picked this service based on that statement. Ive replied to the email and so far silence. That statement goes against trading standards as they cannot view scottish records. If your scottish avoid.

I ordered Circle 2525 oil from CB1 Pharmacy over Christmas (dispensed 18th Dec, received 19th Dec). While delivery was prompt, I was disappointed to find that the bottle had an expiry date of 4th Feb 2026—just 48 days from receipt.
My usual daily dose is 0.8 ml, and I take two days off per week as recommended. At this schedule, a 30 ml bottle would take 53 days to finish, meaning the medication would expire 5 days before I could use it fully.
When I asked CB1 Pharmacy whether ordering two bottles during their Christmas promotions would have caused the same issue, they confirmed they would have dispensed two bottles with the same short expiry, making both bottles essentially unusable.
While they have stated that legally they can dispense medicine with slightly more than 28 days left before expiry, I find this unethical and unacceptable. There is now no way of checking medication expiry before ordering, and patients may be left with medication that expires before it can be used.
I do not recommend CB1 Pharmacy. More consideration should be given to ensuring patients receive medication that is actually usable, rather than simply meeting the minimum legal requirements.
When asked who I make a complaint to someone called Raza told me the PHSO. They’re uninterested. I know for a fact the PHSO doesn’t deal with private sector complaints and only public health services complaints.
I encourage everyone with a bad experience to report them to the Quality Care Commission. It’s only when they get a wrap on the wrists for everything they’re doing wrong and how they’re treating people that they will actually start listening. If we all report them the many cannot be ignored.
They’re uninterested in maintaining customers, in essence force you (by charging a fee to send a script elsewhere) to stay with CB1 pharmacy which meets legal dispensing requirements but is unethical in dispensing medicines they know will expire (given the dosage label they affix to the medicine) before you finish the medicine.
UPDATE:
I have asked CB1 today for an escalation route. Today they told me the Financial Ombudsman Service which does not deal with this and again the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman which deals with only public health services and not private.
Whilst I see they have replied and they are making things better for other patients this still leaves me £95 out of pocket with an unopened bottle of medicine that will expire before I can use it. I am doing my best to bring this matter to the attention of the government through my MP, and to Care Quality Commission. I am looking for an ADR who can take up my dispute and to this date no refund has been offered.

Not usually one to post reviews but I feel I need to leave something after some hassle.
I’ve been with CB1 for over a year and delivery has been consistently unreliable. Despite multiple complaints and promises that a new system would fix things, it’s only got worse. Even when paying for next-day delivery and meeting the cut-off time, I still have to chase orders and tracking often arrives after the delivery.
Limited 9–5 weekday support also isn’t great for a private healthcare provider. If reliability and communication matter to you, I’d think twice.

Staff whom I have spoken too over the phone were friendly and welcoming, but afterwards trying to get into this service as been a nightmare been thrown about being accepted then rejected then paid for my order to then be rejected again from the Service with also being enough proof been given/

Frauds.Swine at the tobacco/vaping lobby trough.
Honestly, from the first point of contact, it felt much more personal and helpful than other brands.
I was curious if it could help, turns out yes it can, and very well without the constant need for daily meds.
Every phone call, video cal and email has been welcoming, smooth and all questions answered promptly by caring knowledgeable staff.
Prices are competitive and no need to order every month, just when you need to.
If you’re curious, have a chat with them to see what the options are for you.
Thanks guys, you’re all amazing.

I'm not going to waste my time going and writing an essay, all there is to say is they were brilliant and now they are mediocre at best. I haven't had a next day delivery in a couple of months my latest couple of prescriptions have been a week late and the response time from them through email is abysmal. I will be changing after Christmas.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. My experience has been great, ordered my second lot of medication and despatch/delivery is fast. Ordering is easy and requests get approved quickly. Very nice.
