Placed an Order on August 8th and according to there website if you order before 2pm it’s Shipped the Same Day, got an Email Notification saying the Order was placed then No notification since, so contacted them Yesterday and they told me it should have been with me either Yesterday or Today but that was a Lie because I just got a notification that it had just been posted today although was charged for 1-2 day delivery, here’s 4 days later and still haven’t gotten product, so if you don’t want to be scammed avoid this company as they lie through their teeth to there customers, that’s some customer service that, absolutely pathetic and will be warning people to avoid this company!!!!!

Tasteless Buds, Weak Effect
Ordered 28g of OG Kush and I also got some free bud.
Unfortunately, the bud is tasteless and flavourless, very dry and it's not up to my expectations.
The high this gives off is not very strong compared to some of the buds they sell in CBD Flower Shop. To be able to smell the buds, you have stick them to your nose to get even a somewhat of a whiff.
I'm not happy with my experience at all, customer service was fine and so was the delivery. £130 is way too much to spend on CBD Flower that isn't good quality at all, you might as well be throwing money down the drain.
At the end of the day, CBD isn't everyone's cup of tea, after this experience I'm thinking of switching back to THC infused bud.
Due to this, I would like to receive a refund.

Firstly I would like to say, if you ever have any issues or cannot get through to them through email to use the phone number provided. The customer support I received was outstanding. I unfortunately was too quick to judge when I had not received my initial order and had not received a response back from my emails and left a negative review.
Turns out this is a small business, family run. Just give them some time they do get back to you. The product I tried was the D8 gummies, unfortunately I had issues with the first ones I received. William was so quick to resolve this issue and even spoke with the supplier and let me know of their response which I really appreciated.
Even though I didn't get on with their D8 gummies it's nice to know that they work for others. Personally I will be sticking to my D8 cartridges along with the CBD paste I use to assist in managing my chronic pain. However I will certainly be keeping an eye on the CBD Bud Shop website and Instagram in case they release any new products I'd like to try.
Thank you William for doing all you could to make sure I received my order.

Received my package today!
So I received the Delta 8 Gummies today. Was skeptical because I ordered ‘Runtz’ Gummies from Herbalisttea and did not feel a thing, not even relaxed.
So, I took x2 Gummies (20MG) and honestly after 45 mins - 1 hour, I instantly started feeling a buzz in mind and body. I felt elevated, euphoric and no anxiety or paranoia what so ever. Broken bones
Recently, I suffered a severely fractured arm & elbow; it required 6 hours of surgery to repair the damage. As I soon as the exterior wound healed I began to use ‘CBD Freeze’ in its roll-on form.

Ordered and paid for an order 30/4/21 £29.99 for the order and £10 for delivery as Jersey is classed as overseas. I received an email on the 4/5/21 saying my order had been shipped. I sent emails on the 10/5/21 and on the 12/5/21 as I had not received it and received no reply to either email.
After sending an email threatening to take the matter further I received an email on the 17/5/21 apologizing that I had not received my order telling me it had been sent with Royal Mail signed for post and blamed COVID and Brexit for delays and stated there will be no more deliveries internationally until things change.
The email very kindly stated that as the situation was unacceptable by their usual standards a full refund of my shipping cost and a 50% refund of the order cost would be credited back to my payment method and that my order should arrive by the end of May.
That sounds great customer service but I have never received any refund of any amount on my credit card and have still not received my order.
I have had to wait until today to check my credit card paper statement and there is no record of any refund of any amount whatsoever from this company.
I have paid £39.99 for a product I have never received and intend to take this matter further and would advise anyone else to think carefully as to who they deal with, there are plenty of companies out there who will probably deal with things in a better way.
I have waited until today to post an update as to my review.
First things first, the email I sent on the 12/6/21 stated that if I did not receive a reply by the 17/6/21 I would take the matter further.
Contrary to the reply to my review, I received no reply whatsoever from cbdbudshop.co.Uk. on the 12/6/21
I spoke with my card provider yesterday and they confirmed no refund whatsoever had been refunded from cbdbudshop.co.uk at any time to my account, so still £39.99 paid out, no order received and no refund.
As said in the reply to my review, I phoned the telephone number provided just after 5pm yesterday and guess what? No reply 24 hours later.
From reading cbdbudshop.co.uk’s speedy reply to previous negative reviews, pointing out where reviewers were wrong or in fact were leaving false reviews, I look forward to their response to this update

I see your previous reply was removed and your previous reply stating the quickest way to resolve issues is to phone you has been replaced with advice to check my emails, which I always have done throughout this whole shambles of a process.
The last part of my review stated I had phoned you ( the 8th of July) and 24 hours later had received no reply, contrary to what you had said would happen. The only reply I received was an email on the 10th, stating you would have phoned me back 24 hours later on the Saturday, which in my understanding of time was 48 hours later not 24.
I have today received the statement from my card company which shows a refund from your company had been received on the 10/7/21.
You have stated from the beginning that I have left false
information throughout my review so please explain which parts are false?
The facts as I am concerned are as follows,
I never received any order whatsoever.
I never received any partial refund as you first stated
I never received any remaining refund after that as you stated you had made
I followed your advice in your first response to PHONE you, which I did and received no call back to the message I left on your answer phone
It took until the 10th of July to receive my refund and then you state it was a technical issue but insistI am leaving false reviews.
I have written nothing but the truth as regards my experience of dealing with cbdbudshop.co.uk and it’s a pity that the business being reviewed is apparently able to remove previous replies to the customer reviews, which actually does not show a full picture of what has occurred during the process.

Not a good service. Wouldn't recommend. Bought cbd shake and amnesia hash. Cbd shake was the worst I ever had. Only leaves. Terrible. Maybe they smoke leaves only but for me it's just horrible I wouldn't spend money on this if I knew. Cbd hash looked good but it's not doing anything. Low quality. Wouldn't recommend. And when contacted customer service never received any reply. Avoid.
Edit : I see that cbdbudshop replied saying that the specific shake that I ordered is described on their site as loose hemp leaves. However on their page it actually says : loose leaf, smaller buds & bud dust as well as stem that fall to the bottom of our industrial bags.
There was no smaller buds or bud dust. And what about no reply from the customer service? I can't see anything about it in their response. Because they know its true.
And after their priding themselves how good is their service...
I will let you decide what to think about it. All I'm saying is that all these sites who trying to make money on their customers and then playing a little game with words need to stop! I was a victim to those pages many times!
I'm not saying all from them is bad but these cbd online stores need to treat their customers fairly.
