Great service, highly recommend. Had an order that took a bit longer than usual was starting to get worried but then received an email to say it was on its way. Most companies will have there good weeks and bad so I can't fault them if it's a couple days late. They make up for it with the quality of the Bud!

Item ordered over a week ago, was told it'd be here within 3 working days. I have messaged customer service a number of times and was only responded to after leaving a negative review on this site. Usually products will arrive, but if you have issues with your product arriving, the customer service department is non existent and offer you zero information about your product and it's expected date of arrival (they have since sent me a tracking number). I have since had contact with their customer service who informed me that I was "making false claims" about the lack of service I have received and that I "shouldnt be so impatient" when a 3 day delivery (which usually comes next day) is delayed for over a week. No apology whatsoever. Absolutely shocking customer service, one of the worst experiences of my life in retail...

Edit: further correspondence from this company's customer service representative has seen them refer to me as "ignorant" for leaving a negative review of their company, despite the fact I have been honest and fair in my criticisms.

Simply the best CBD online shop, products are so good quality and nicely packed, only 1 day delivery, and they even add a free sample to my order as I'm ordering frequently. Highly recommended xx

Bud cbd has done me proud, I’m so impressed with this company, had a slight issue so messaged them & within 5 mins they replyed to me & couldn’t do Enough to help me, so communications is 100% they care so much they actually done more than I wanted, I almost feel like they have helped me out like family the products they sell in by far the best quality I have found, I’ve been so happy with my orders with next day delivery before 1pm the packaging is perfect, the cbd is perfect, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS, 10/10 EXCELLENCE

I really like the Amnesias CBD hemp hash which is a organic hash, it’s easy to use just burn it slightly and it crumbles away, it has a slight sweet taste, I tend to mix it with whatever weed I have on me, I have never smoked it on it’s own yet though
