Rechargeable vape pen with no cable and non standard size
I bought 2 Calyfx rechargeable disposable CBD vape pens. They arrived with no charging cable and the usb in the vape is totally non standard. It is between mini and large, so none of my charging cables will fit. I now have two very expensive vape pens that I can’t use. I have messaged the company to ask if they sell the charging cables or can inform me of which cable to buy and from where. I have had no reply to my query. Will not be using this company again.

Rubbish.

No customer service response to multiple emails.
No contact number.
Delivered to the wrong address.

Ordered item on 2 January.
Received email from DPD on 5th to advise that they had received the parcel for delivery.
Item still not received by 12th so messaged both DPD and yourselves asking when I should expect to receive item.
Still no reply from either company and no item received.
Very unhappy. Can't seem to get any response from company and now out out of pocket.
